Good day All,
i wish to tell everyone my bad story with the casino CASHALOT.BET, in order to invite everyone to stay away from them.
I registered to this casino to play Black Jack live and i deposited (with no bonus) 350 eur.
After about 10 rounds on a table (the only one table where i could find a free seat) my balance was 1350 eur.
I won 1325 EUR with a single round by this bet:
100 euro on main bet (then split 100 + 100)
25 eur on both side bets (perfect pair and 21 + 3)
It was a very lucky round beause the cards dealed were:
Mixed Pair of 8s, and third 8 to the dealer
Splitted with 8s and i won both hands. The dealer busted
I decided to withdraw my money.
After about 6 days and succesful check of my documents by their security dept, they decided to close my account and only gave me back the initial 350 eur and accused me to get the win with "illegal strategies"....(🤷).
I'm a new BJ player and i've also difficult with the basic strategy because i'm not so able to remind it....
The most ridicoulos thing was that i asked for more details about this alleged strategy and the reply that they cannot tell me this, because i could share the strategy with other players.... uhmm... but they said that the strategy was used by me... so, i already would know it... or not?
Then they accuse me that my IP was used by multiple players... but i was only playing one session on that table and no others.
As said they atomatically closed my account and, in fact, the stolen 1000 eur from me.
This is the true story with these THIEVES
STAY AWAY FROM THEM..... STAY AWAY FROM CASHALOT.BET.

If you did not claim a bonus, then it sounds like this is a rogue casino because you should have no restrictions on how you wager your money.
The "illegal strategies" claim is complete bullshit. There is nothing you can do in a game of online blackjack to change the odds in your favour, aside from playing basic strategy which will only minimises your potential loss over time. In fact if you want to play perfect basic strategy you should never wager the side bets like you did because they are almost always sucker bets with a high house edge.
I took a look at their website and found that they claim to be Curacao licensed. This is a worthless piece of paper that cheap casinos use to make themselves appear to be regulated, and there is no-one there regulating the casino or mediating disputes with players. However the license seal at the bottom of the page links to a page that says that their license is invalid so they may not even be really licensed. Either way, it is not good news.
Edit: a quick google and I found others complaining that the casino has been offering pirated Novomatic and NetEnt games for while now. So case closed: it is a crooked casino. You're probably lucky that they refunded your money.
Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

Fortunately i don't need that 1000 eur to live... i learned the lesson.
I only want that my problem could be shared among all forum in order to aware every player.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. STAY AWAY FROM CASHALOT.BET.
I've been getting weird spam messages from this casino with the suggestion to sign up and claim bonuses. And when I say weird- all caps letters and weird wording. Left me feeling like they're ones to stay away from and your experience says the same.
blck that is most likely a tactic used by spammers to evade automated spam detection software. They make the text all weird but still readable because the anti-spam algorithms are looking for known keywords to block like casino of bonus etc.
And yeah - any business resorting to that sort of thing is not an honest one.
Thanks for bring this up Ed, I hadn't thought of it before but it makes absolute sense.
Thanks for the advice men
I'm curious as to how you find these sites. It doesn't look great and doesn't have many good reviews, either. Do they contact you directly or do you find them on an affiliate site?
I usually get all my info from sites like Coinbuzz and AG, but I tend to wait until they get user reviews and have been around for at least 6 months before I join. Maybe I'm overly cautious, but I had a similar issue as you a few years ago. I joined a new site, won big, and they kept finding excuses not to verify me. It got to the point where the only thing they didn't have from me was a stool sample and a contract signed in blood.
After a few weeks of back and forths, I decided to go through the regulator, and they were ZERO help. I was always told that regulators would be meditators and would be there to help if needed. Turns out...that's not really the case. I got so frustrated that I just gambled and lost the money.
Yeah we are very cautious about adding new casinos to this site for that reason. These days a large proportion of new casinos are either rogues from the outset or gone within 18 months.
Cashalot Casino has a bad reputation. this casino does not pay winnings to players by inventing pretexts. while browsing the Net, I found several complaints against this casino.
