NEVER Go to "Cool Cat Casino"

3 replies • Last post

I have posted this to other forums I want this to go far and wide. (I wish I had looked up the casino on this site before I played).

The one thing about this "establishment" is that it offers free bonuses, and I didn't actually waste real money on them. I want to urge everyone who reads this never to deposit real money into this scam of a website. They failed to give me $200 in winnings from a bonus, not a huge amount but I got so angry with the way I was treated, I thought I could not let this go, and had to warn others against these thieves.

First of all, their site does not look terrible, but plausible and reliable. It is all fake. I reckon the mastermind of it is a psychopath, or psychopaths. They simply will not pay unless they can fool you into fleecing more money from you.

Their "Customer Service representatives" (about 20 different names, probably all fake) will say the same thing over and over again. They claimed my documents were unacceptable, only a day after accepting them. They said things like "Each withdrawal will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis" (meaning, "we'll only pay if we feel like it"???). Even parts of their website were disabled (eg. the Withdrawal section). When I complained they enabled it and I was able to put in a Withdrawal request, then they said it will take weeks for the verification process to complete. ie. Never.

The only positive thing I can say is that their blackjack game didn't seem to be rigged. But if you win, they will not pay. DO NOT sign up or especially deposit money into their system.

Steve

Unfortunately I've read many horrible reviews about them and they're one of the RTG sites where you have a low chance of getting paid if you win. Sorry to hear that you had issues with them, but unfortunately, based on their reputation, it's not surprising.

Yes we have been warning people about that scam of an operator for more than a decade now.

Funny you say that. The guy who built the whole fraudulent business and was running the whole show for a very long time was in fact a convicted ex-con. He served jail time in the United States in the 1990s for real estate fraud where he dudded people out of their homes. After he was released he moved to Costa Rica to run an online gambling business. He claims to have sold the business and to be some sort of modern day charitable philanthropist these days, but I highly doubt that because the man is undoubtedly a fraudster and a fantasist. You're probably not far off accusing him of being a psychopath or sociopath.

The rest about customer service and the way they operate is par for the course. Their business is designed to make it as difficult as possible for winners to withdraw. They have got it down to a fine art where they will actually pay out their most profitable customers (i.e. the biggest losers) in order to keep the veneer of a serious operation and to keep them coming back.

All that said, I do not believe that their games are rigged at all. They are provided by a 3rd party called Realtime Gaming (RTG) which is an experienced game developer. The casino has no control over the outcome of individual games, aside from being able to adjust the payout rates via request to RTG - but this does not mean they can affect the randomness or make you lose for example. The way they make you lose is finding excuses not to pay winners, not through the games. If you think about it that makes sense, if the games were rigged they would have no need to stiff people on the payouts.

Unfortunately RTG is willing to license its games to just about anyone and washes their hands of all responsibility of what they do with them, so a lot of their licensees have awful reputations.
