Casino had cashback fun, okay games etc.. won and invested quite some money and got a pretty cool win.. my first big one...

Not even 24h and my account was locked!! (Screenshot below..)

Customer service really rude. Said my winnings confiscated. I went back and read T&C's carefully, all of it and was able to get to CS chat (NOT EASY BECAUSE WHEN THEY LOCK YOUR ACCOUNT YOU CAN'T ACCESS CHAT ANYMORE WTF)

I wrote a complaint regarding the situation and quoted parts of THEIR t&c's page that they clearly weren't respecting and they basically told me to f*** off...

Last message, because of their FAKE site problems Etc, I asked if I could at least talk to someone and get an answer back, rather than a fake repeated automated message and they responded just to tell me this was someone responding just to nagg me and signed with best regards blabla.

IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE with a situation like this.. clearly fraud not wanting to pay wininngs but they take all the money they can get lol so isn't this like robbing people and illegal? I just still can't believe this 🙄

Hmm. Boom is licensed in Malta, so they have to answer to the regulator if there's a legit dispute. Why did they say that they confiscated your winnings? What terms did they accuse you of violating?

I think we need to get the full picture here in order to know what's going on.

you right there about the license with Malta at least being a accountable and a complaint if valid can definitely be made and could pay work in your favour if your complaint does not break the casinos terms you should have a fair shot at a dispute , check the about us and look around the site and click the the link relating to the casinos licensing

I used to play at Boom casino - closed my account last year but it was because they had removed withdrawal methods for my country and I didn't want to bother with bank withdrawal all the time. I had good experience with them so I hope your issue gets resolved!
