Aspire Global, N1 ltd.... would you sign up to another casino by the same owner?

17 replies • Last post

Hi
I had this idea the other day that when I look a bit deeper and longer at the who is who in the online gambling world makes it easier to choose a Casino I might join. Because looking at reviews....well.... let's just say something like a Online Casino reviewers Guild or Union or a review site that reviews and rates Casino review sites would be a good thing.
What I learned was
1. The choice isnt that huge, because
2. They all owned by a handful of companies like N1 and Aspire Global

N1 owns 32 (this week) with 7 more in the making plus some white label .
Aspire owns more than 50.

I had bad luck with Slotwolf in the past but would consider King Billy because it has pretty good ratings everywhere. Do ratings or reviews matter at all ?

Would love to read your opinions on the topic

Ah these are what we call "white label" providers. They sell a service where people can run their own casino using the service provider's infrastructure for things like games, licensing, banking, support, and CRM, while paying the provider a cut of the profits. So while there may be loads of different casinos that are legally run by the same company, they do in fact have different people running the individual casino skins under a profit sharing agreement.

Personally, I have found most SoftSwiss (N1) casinos to be pretty good. I have played at several and places like Bitstarz and Oshi are excellent. The withdrawals are usually paid out very quickly, sometimes within a few minutes.

Aspire Global on the other hand, are mostly garbage. They have terms that are very unfriendly to players, run reduced RTP versions of games, low withdrawal limits, deceptive bonus wagering terms, and rules like if you claim a bonus at a single Aspire casino, you can't claim one at any other. Sadly there have been some very good casinos that were acquired and moved on to Aspire's platform that are now ordinary. I would give all of them a miss if I were you.

As for casino reviews, be very wary and always get a 2nd or 3rd opinion. 99% are written by people that could not care less about honestly evaluating the casino, because they are paid a commission by the casino's affiliate program and they do not disclose this important fact (unlike our disclosure statement here). So in most cases the aim is to convince you to sign up and deposit money rather than telling you the truth about the casino's merits (or lack thereof). Reviews can be helpful if you find an honest reviewer, but they are few and far between. Lucky you found one here eh? 😉

Let's take the Genesys Technology N.V group. You blacklisted all of their Casinos, as did others. But there is a well known and visited site that,of course, the most trustworthy and independent , using a unique and fair rating system.....blah blah 🙄🙄🙄, that has all theGenesys Technology N.V Casinos promoted with exclusive bonus and top ratings.

Makes me want to shout " WHO REVIEWS THE REVIEWERS!!!!??

Unfortunately no one reviews the reviewers. Whatever site you are referring to probably makes quite a bit of money referring people to Genesys group casinos and sadly that gets in the way of an honest evaluation most of the time.

That said, we blacklisted them for a specific incident suffered by one of our forum members. They won a progressive jackpot and were denied the win due to a technicality which the casino could have prevented but chose not to, then to make it worse the casino kept the jackpot money for themselves instead of putting it back into the pool. So they stole a player funded jackpot for themselves which is very worthy of blacklisting here. It is possible though that other sites are not aware of this situation because they don't read what happens here.

You definitely have to take what review sites have to say with a grain of salt, at least until you find one that you agree with a majority of the time. You have to keep in mind that affiliate sites (including CL as noted above) make a commission on referring players to betting sites. That can make a lot of sites dishonest, as they want to push as many players as they can to pocket that money. Unfortunately, that's the vast majority of sites these days.

I will say that for me, CL is the most honest site I've come across. Heck, the reason I started coming here a decade ago is that they were the one bad review of a casino I was thinking about playing at. They actually pointed out in detail why the site sucked, while others were shooting rainbows out of their ass about it. They're the only site I've found that reliably calls it like they see it.

What other site do you know of that's blacklisted Ladbrokes? Read why in their review and you may be wondering why others aren't doing that.

I know the stuff about Ladbrokes. I lived in the UK for 12 years. It was funny sometimes. The screen in the shop showed Bad news about Ladbrokes, and people are in shop betting.
I used Ladbrokes Casino most times when I came back to Germany. Unfortunately because of Germany's new online gambling laws there is no more live betting or live casino in Germany anymore and Ladbrokes left Germany.

Of course, reviews and ratings do matter the important question is where to read the reviews. in my experience, very few casino affiliat websites are trustworthy. honest reviews without removing negative comments or deleting entire negative reports. without exaggerating, i consider casino listings to be the most trustworthy casino affiliat website on the net. I have never seen negative comments or ratings deleted here unless they violated the general forums rules.

and to your initial question ... no, I would never deposit money at an aspire
global casino again for the simple reason that these casinos are the last scrap

These companies are of a very astrange structure , Aspire, N1, and the others are giving off extremelly bad image and ii feel with personal experience at all sites, they are bogus in many many ways.
All accounts on sites removed in an instant at N1, Dama N.V and Direx N.V ,, all ran by the same companies... ITs madness

Yes it's madness. A independent watchdog is needed. Or something like that.

At least in the case of Softswiss / Direx / Dama it is because of licensing. They have some casinos that are Malta licensed that go under one company name, while the ones that are only Curacao licensed go under a different company name.

Why do they have both? Flexibility in allowing casinos to accept players from different countries. Curacao is used by casinos that don't care about regulations and will take players from almost anywhere.

I find most reviews are not very useful but when I want extra info on a casino I always try find complaints against them and see if it was sorted out or not and if the issue was resolved in the players favour or not , if all of that checks out then Ill try the casino

absolutely ... this is how it is done Lambino ... these things should definitely be done additionally ... check blacklist on trustworthy casino affiliat website, google check about complaints ... if you get more than one page of search results with unresolved complaints must be something fishy

I personally quite enjoy N1 brands and Dama brands, have played at them for quite some time and haven't had any big issues.

If you happy with all the brands, that's great. What I like to know is What would you do if you had a bad experience in one Casino belonging to N1 or any other big player. Would you sign up to another casino run by the same company or would you avoid them.

I would avoid. I've done it in the past with some brands and if I had a bad experience at one brand from the same group I would definitely think twice before signing up.

I had bad experience with Slotwolf but would have considered giving Billy Casino a try. I only found out they are run by the same when I wrote this topic.
