hello all,
this is my first post and I want to share my story so I can get some feed back. 3 days ago I made an account at cafecasino because I was on bovada forum and saw someone posted a screenshot of them finishing their bonus without losing it all. lately bovadas been killing me so I signed up for cafecasino and they offered 2 bonuses during sign up which I refused since I wanted to use it later and the rollover is 40x. so I deposited 43 something dollars and it automatically added the 350% bonus. so I figured ok whatever I'll just play and slots were hitting non stop. got all the way up to $1500 and then went to play mystic abs around 15 spins later I hit the jackpot for 137k. I couldn't believe it and I was only betting $5. so I decited to finish my roll over at $5 spins and managed to not lose anything.next day I get a message saying I'm not allowed to get bonuses because I'm a global skilled player...and then my account is locked for verification. so I sent them all the documents and its been 2 days already. now I'm getting worried that they might not pay. please let me know your thoughts on this and what legal action can I take if they decide to not pay. also I hit the jackpot within 2 hours since making the account...

We've had several people on this forum win similar sized or bigger jackpots at that group and they have been paid. They can take a while to go through their process, no doubt they go over everything with a fine tooth comb to make sure you haven't broken any rule that would invalidate your win.
I don't know what the specific terms were on the bonus you claimed but the $5 bet size could be a problem if it was over any bet size limit that may have applied.

Silver PlayerSo if the most you ever bet was indeed $5, I don't see any reason they won't pay you. 20% of your $43 deposit is $8.60, so you didn't violate the max bet rule. Assuming your account and deposit was on the up-and-up (this is truly your first and only account there, you deposited using your own funds on your own card, etc.) you should be good.
Them locking your account for verification is pretty typical after a huge progressive win. And them removing your ability to claim bonuses is also standard after winning there (same thing happened to me after a few measly withdrawals).
So I wouldn't be too worried. The only downside is CafeCasino has pretty low withdrawal limits compared to Bovada and Ignition. Still, that's an amazing win. Please keep us posted on how it goes.
They have a good reputation but if they don't pay, I don't know of any legal recourse you'd have since they're essentially an offshore, unregulated casino.

Bronze PlayerI got labeled a Global Skills Player on those sites and won a couple random jackpots with no problems. The verification can take a few days, especially on Cafe Casino. It might take longer than you want but you should get the money.
Also I think the Global Skills Player might get automatically applied if you win a certain amount of money with bonus's. I'm guessing that jackpot triggered your account being listed. Don't know as a fact just a thought I had.
