IS the site PrimaPlay a concern

15 replies • Last post

PrimaPlay Casino is new and has a Real Time Gambling theme to it.
Very similar game and free spin operations and wagering as a few other new RTG themed casinos.
Their theme is Paddy spins and Leprechauns with wagering at x35 for free spins and Bonuses
Max withdrawals being set at $100 for free spins.100% Bonuses x35 wagering
They do not have a 24/7 live service but appear to answer emails quickly.
In trying to review them they well have ties to 777 casino or I assume 888 casino.
look forward to some followup replies🙂👍

I would be shocked if they are a RTG casino with connections to 888 Casino. I'm not a fan of 888 but they are a publicly traded company that operates under serious regulation in many jurisdictions, so if they were operating unlicensed casinos on the side they would stand to be in loads of trouble.

And after a bit of digging I can confirm that is not the case at all. PrimaPlay is in fact run by the same people that are responsible for iNetBet Casino. They are one of the older RTG operators and have always run a pretty tight ship with little or no issues for players.

They have much more generous cashout limits than other RTG sites ($15k) so I'll be taking a look.

Anyone considering making a deposit into PrimaPlay should seriously reconsider going to a different online casino. I have made a 100% fully legitimate win of over $1200 and it has been over 10 weeks now and I still have not been paid! All i get are constant shoddy excuses! Stay away from PrimaPlay!

If your account verified? I haven't won anything worth trying to withdraw yet but I did go ahead and get my account verified and they claim same-day payment processing.

No they absolutely do not do same day payments even for bitcoin as they claim Bc many ppl have made complaints about bitcoin withdrawals taking way longer than overnight as promised and as for wire transfer withdrawals, i have waited over 10 weeks since being verified and the win verified as legitimate, then told a wire transfer was sent but would not/could not provide any proof of such and then said they cannot send me my winnings until they find the "wire transfer" so they can cancel it and only then did they say they can send me a payment. Is that not the most backwards things you've ever heard?! Why the heck would they need to find my wire transfer just to have to cancel it if it was indeed actually sent?! Then after 8 weeks they claim they sent it but that my bank that i have been using for years for both domestic and international wire transfers had rejected it. Not to mention my bank has no record of any transfer rejecting a transfer or even receiving any transfer. Since then it's been all excuses.

@Reckless Bets, i hope that answers your inquiry about same day payments

It might sound backwards, but part of the problem is almost certainly that they don't actually send the wire transfers themselves. Most RTG casinos use third party payment processing companies located in various different countries to wire funds to people in the USA, because American banks don't want to have anything to do with gambling transactions. So when something goes wrong it's a long process of going back and forth with the intermediary trying to work out what happened. In rare cases the payment processor even shuts down overnight and disappears with the funds knowing that the casinos can't really do anything to recover the money.

Bitcoin solves this problem as it is a P2P system that cannot be blocked so long as you are using your own wallet.

Have you been able to do wire withdrawals at other RTG sites?

I can't tell if all RTG sites use the same payment processors or not. I've definitely had the same transaction descriptions pop up for deposits made at different sites so at least some seem to for the deposit side.

Just made my first withdrawal request from PrimaPlay after finally finishing a damn bonus playthrough with them. It's been > 24 hours and the request is still "under review..." I dunno what "same day payouts" means to anyone else, but when it's > 24 hours in the middle of the week, I don't think that qualifies.

My account is already verified by the way and I confirmed this with support prior to withdrawing.

I asked chat and they generically said they usually do payouts within 24 hours but the cashier team was still reviewing. Not a good first withdrawal impression. Will keep everyone updated.

Withdrawal request declined, even though I've been verified, because this is my first withdrawal and it had been a while since I was verified. 🙄

I've since sent in updated documentation and am awaiting its review before submitting the payout request again.

After some back and forth, they re-confirmed my identity and I resubmitted the cashout request.

30+ hours later it's still pending review.

I really don't understand how this place classifies "same day" but if that's over 24 hours, I'd say it's no longer the same day (even factoring in timezones differences and everything). And of course it's the weekend now so I'll probably have to wait until Monday for it to hopefully process.

Thanks for the update. That sounds disappointing to say the least, but if they are going to make claims like that they need to deliver.

Still waiting for an update, but I've been good and haven't touched the pending withdrawal.

It's indeed disappointing because the "same day payouts" and relatively generous limits are really the only two things that differentiate Primaplay in my opinion. Take those away and it's no different from all the other RTG casinos.

Update: they ultimately processed my cashout Monday. So that's good.

But here's where it gets worse, and why I think I'm completely done with Primaplay...

After my cashout I notice a 100 free spin coupon in my accounts coupon section. I claim it, win a little, complete playthrough and request a measly $75 BTC withdrawal (coupon had max $100 cashout).

The next day I notice it's been rejected and winnings voided, with the statement "You must have made a fresh deposit since your withdrawal to be eligible to claim a free chip" Huh?

Now I've combed through their bonus terms for a rule that says you can't claim a free chip unless your last deposit did not include a cashout. Nothing. I only saw the basic term that you can't claim back-to-back free chips without a deposit, but nothing about this. Certainly not about needing to bust a deposit after another deposit before using a free chip.

Here's the resulting support log:

[12:47] Gabrielle: hi
[12:48] Gabrielle: let me have a look for you
[12:48] Gabrielle: You must have made a fresh deposit since your withdrawal to be eligible to claim a free chip, and unfortunately your winnings have been void
[12:49] Me: Yeah no that doesn't make sense. It doesn't state that anywhere in your bonus terms.
[12:50] Me: You're saying I would have had to make a deposit and not cashed out to be eligible for a non-deposit bonus that was available in my coupons section?
[12:51] Gabrielle: we are saying that you have to have made a deposit since your last withdrawal
[12:52] Me: Where does it state that rule in your bonus terms?
[12:55] Me: The only thing I can find is "You are only allowed to claim one non-deposit offer before you make a further deposit of at least $10 in the casino." Which I complied with while claiming the free spin coupon.
[13:00] Me: Hello?
[13:01] Gabrielle: unfortunately these are the terms in the casino
[13:01] Gabrielle: the withdrawal has been reviewed by the accounts manager already
[13:01] Me: Why can't you show me the term that I supposedly violated?
[13:01] Me: Because it doesn't exist?
[13:02] Gabrielle: there is nothing more that I can help you, please feel free to send us an email at [email protected]

This seems straight up sketchy to me, and all over a measly $75, nevermind the thousands that I've previously pumped into this place without a cashout prior to the one that was just processed.

Beware anyone that wants to play at PrimaPlay.
