Hi I've had same problem I did a 300 and denied my withdrawal and said it was returned but I can't find it anywhere in my transactions showing that it was then I won 765 and surprisingly my account was deactivated and now I can't log in and I can't contact customer support or change pass word because they don't recognise my user name I have all screen shots how do I get back in to get my money

If they do not refund your money, talk to your bank about filing a chargeback claim for any credit card deposits.

It's bullshit mate I have been waiting over a moth for my withdrawal also I had 1500 in there to withdraw they emailed me that I needed to provide more documents so I did waited another week plus then the money was back in my account I tried again but yoused 100 to play 2 weeks later I'm still waiting tried emailing them no reply they said I needed to send my bank details to make sure they had the correct bank details for the third time I've checked today after 7 weeks and the money was back in my account I tried to withdraw for the third time but couldn't said denied because they needed more documents to click below on a link to see what documents I needed so I clicked on link and said unable to load or something bullshit I couldn't access what documents they needed so I thought fuck this and started playing my funds so I bet high and most of the time the hand I got that should have payed good payed less then my bet scammers need to be taken to court and sued I've lost all my winnings and didn't even get a free spin the game Is rigged ragging bull and paradise room casino do not play money thieves

done a cash out request 21st August for $600 (was originally 770 on the 19th but I cancelled and took some out from boredom). It's now almost the 16th September and nothing.
