Hi I'm pretty new here from Georgia USA and come to get informed , learn and enjoy others gamers experience hope some one can help me to understand why Vegas casino online took the rest of my balance from winnings and change a payout from 1000 to 443$ if I did a deposit of 25$ they put a bonus of 65$ so total 85 $ , on 1/18 hit a winning of 5000 and tried to cash out 4,500$ , it was taking to long to process that so ...I know is my weakness no been patient and cancel 3,500 $ played and of course loss it 🤦♀️, today receive a notice from them , my payout of 1000 was declined and put a 443$ payout request on my behalf and took the rest from 1000$ , they said was based on bonus rules that I used (max cash out 500$) so please someone explain why if I did used more wagering from winning than cash out ? is this how casinos ruled games this days? is this fair play ? I m very disappointed 😩

Forum AngelAgree here with Ed, I have played there a long time ago and didn't have any issues. I would assume that you broke some bonus terms as there's many games/bets you simply can't place with a bonus.
