Hello basically I was playing "Mahjong Ways 2" at Betswagger, i triggered a a bonus on a £3 spin and the game kicked me out before i could even start playing it. When i tried to load it back up I was getting the following error:
Launch Failed. An unknown error has occurred, please try again. (Error code S30008W677WY0).
I have tried clearing my cache, cookies etc.. Tried resetting my broadband and tried on multiple devices but nothing is working. I contacted their support and was eventually told they couldn't find anything there end so nothing could be done. I wouldn't normally care but bonuses are hard to get on Mahjong Ways 2 and a £3 bonus is worth hundreds if not over a thousand.
Any ideas?

StaffWe've had loads of complaints about Betswagger and related casinos recently - they are associated with a company called Usoft Gaming. We added them to our blacklist in response a few months ago.
In a nutshell, they don't pay winners. So I think its all a bit of a moot point because if you had a big win they wouldn't pay you anyway.
Note they aren't UKGC licensed so they shouldn't be allowing you to play there either.

NewbieI've withdrawn over 10k from Betswagger, i've never had any problems with them. always been paid within less than 24 hours. Any idea why this could happen tho?
CL-Ed StaffInteresting. You are the first player I've seen that is happy with them. Is that 10k in withdrawals more than what you have deposited in total there?
As for the error I have no idea without knowing what that error code means. It could be an error on the game provider's server (appears to be a company called PG Soft), a networking issue between you and the server, or given what we know about BetSwagger something more nefarious. It is impossible to say.
That said any decent game provider has sessions saved on their server so that when you go back into the game it picks up where you left off, or possibly shows you the result of a bonus round even though you don't see it played out. If that hasn't happened then their systems are inadequate.

Paulb91 NewbieYeah, first deposit I made was £40. I ended up withdrawing 1.4k a few hours later after winning a jackpot on a £2 spin. However I make all my withdrawals through Bitcoin and not bank transfers. I just contacted PG Soft a hour back, hopefully they can shed some light on it.
