Yes your assumption is correct. They are one of the worst rogue operators in the world today and have hoodwinked licensing authorities into giving them a license so that they can appear to be legitimate. They even had a UKGC license but it was surrendered in October last year and their .co.uk domain states that they are closed to UK players. The licensing authorities in Malta and UK should be ashamed they let these criminals into their system.
