Fairspin Casino dodgy terms!

2 replies • Last post

I've been having issues with Fairspin for ages. They told me after I'd lost a bit there that they actually don't accept players from my country. But I'd verified my account with that address! Then I asked them to refund my money and close my account and they refused. I stated several times that I wanted the account closed and they ignored me. Also that I had a gambling problem. At one point I even asked if I could set a deposit limit and they said that option wasn't available! Doesn't seem right!

You won't get far with any casino in demanding a refund for money you lost there unless you go through legal action. Obviously if it were easy every second player who lost would be doing it.

However the refusal to close an account sounds very dodgy. But it looks like you're in Australia, so if they were allowing you to play there before then they are almost certainly an unlicensed and/or unregulated casino so not surprising.

If you know you have a gambling problem you have bigger issues than one site though. Have you considered installing software on your computer or phone to block gambling sites? We have a list of filtering software that you might find useful here.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

I never heard about this casino before. It is their fault to let you register and play with real money. Good casinos mostly block the countries even from accessing.

Anyway, seemingly, they just want to cut you off.

If your loss is not too big, just move on, man.
