Hello Friends,
My birthday was in March, and I was SO disappointed that Miami Club saw fit to NOT put the $50 to $75 they typically put into my account EVERY birthday. Further, they took all my bonuses away. This really irks me, because I won a VERY modest amount, two times, and boom! Cut off from all bonuses and not even a birthday dollar. I am really disgusted with how they treat their loyal customers. I even emailed them about it and nothing but a canned response in return.
On the other hand, I chatted with a person at Win A Day casino, told him it was my birthday, and they instantly credited my account with some birthday money. I promised i would brag them up on my favorite casino site, so THANK YOU WIN A DAY!
Do you all still get birthday monies from casinos?

Miami and many more casinos exclude players from all bonuses if one or two withdrawals are made with match or free bonuses. They treat players like that, so I don't really expect from them 🙂

I played at Miami Club for YEARS, and they never treated me like that before, so I was hugely disappointed in them. Nothing i can do, because they don't seem to care about their longterm customers, and it is what it is.

A few times now I've asked for deposit bonuses and they've just straight up handed out no-deposit bonuses instead (with no max cashout I might add). Granted I think my deposits vs. withdrawals might be helping me out there.

That is so nice when there are few to no restrictions on bonuses. That is the way Miami Club USED TO BE with their birthday money. I am really disappointed in them. They do not seem to care if they lose a loyal customer. There are plenty more to replace us. 😢

Speaking of birthday bonuses, I've lost all my hope on them- the casinos I play at the most don't offer anything for your birthday, the ones that do give something is usually 10 free spins on Starburst..
