Slotatstic Casino Withdrawal $4k Cancelled

5 replies • Last post

I was playing on Slotastic Casino and was lucky enough to win some money and entered a withdrawal of $4k which initially went through than it was cancelled and I only got my $200 back that started with. When I inquired they said that I broke the rules by betting more than $9.99 per spin during the play through process which in my eyes is BS. I have played on a lot of online casinos and never had to deal with this. Again this is just another way for the casino to screw over the customers. In my eyes I won that money fair and square. Needless to say I am done with this Casino and quite frankly all of the rest of them as they all are getting ridiculous with their rules and doing what they can not to pay. Just too much hassle for me.

Hello, SteveK55,

Slotasitc was the first RTG casino. RTG is a name of the casino software - Real Time Gaming.

Most of RTG casinos have $10 max bet rule for bonus play, like match bonuses, no deposit bonuses, etc.

This complaint is most common among players in Slotastic.

They surely arrange the betting up to $10 or $9.99 to protect players, but they simply don't do that.

They deserve blames.

I am sorry for your issue.

Yeah this issue just keeps popping up over and over for RTG casinos in particular. It is all of them, but to be fair some casinos are more lenient than others in their application of this rule.

The problem is that the casinos are technically just enforcing the rules that the player breaks. But it is too easy for a player to accidentally go over the limit and cause themselves to lose their winnings.

The simple solution would be to set the limits in the games so no-one can accidentally break the rules. We have been saying that here for years yet nothing is done to fix it. No prizes for guessing why.

Wow, that would anger me beyond words.
CL-Ed is SO correct in they should make it so players cannot accidentally break the rules.
I have never won even CLOSE to that, so if I did and did not get paid, I can't say what I would want to do to them.

SO SORRY That happened to you!

CL-ED, I supposed there is nothing you can do since it is stated in their rules. 😢

Yes exactly.

I am sick and tired of seeing complaints about this exact issue when the solution is so obvious and trivial to fix. But most casinos won't do a thing about it.

The rules are clearly stated so if you bet more than $10 you only have yourself to blame
