Intertops Live dealer Red Casino Chips just vanished and all my funds were gone and they said it was a glitch REALLY a glitch!!!

Well how do I start....

I registered Friday to join Intertops Casino intertopscasino.eu

I was playing Live Black Jack when my connection became weak between 7pm and 8pm so I closed the window....I then reconnected with the live Dealer but all my chips were gone In a matter of seconds 183 US dollars were gone. I deposited 150 dollars Canadian on that Friday and I was having fun and won a few hands....you can imagine my frustration when all my money and winnings were gone.

IF it is a GLITCH then it is their FAULT right?

Now I am getting the run around!!!!!

Can anyone help me 🤷??

I feel so violated....I feel like I will never get my money and their verification process looks like they are asking for a little too much info if you know what I mean.

They keep saying sorry but it has been four days and they refuse to send me my play history that is only for about and hour.....really you won't send me my game history....sounds like a bunch of BS

Has anyone else had problems like this....I think intertop Red Casino took my funds!!!!! Glitch or no glitch and THEY should Give me back my money and my winning PLEASE help I am so upset right now
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated....I really need my money back I feel they don't care about me at all and the live chat workers are not helpful at all!!!
When I tried to call them I was redirected to some Scam Vacation saying I won a trip to the Caribbean for 48 dollars.

Sure we can try to help.

But first, there is no need to post the same thing multiple times on the forum here. I get that you are annoyed and frustrated. Creating more work for us to clean up our site deleting threads because you post the same thing over and over doesn't exactly endear you to anyone here.

You have identified one problem that you are having. They are rated 4 stars because in our experience over many years of operation they have proven to be a trustworthy and reliable site for people to play at. Their website clearly states at the moment that all support is being done by live chat and/or email, probably because call centre staff can't be in the same room due to the current covid-19 problem. If you called the phone number listed on our review page it was out of date and has been corrected.

Now, to the problem at hand:

What I don't quite understand from your post is that the title of the thread that says "they said it was a glitch". If they have said that then it seems to me that they are admitting fault and will be trying to fix the issue. Presumably this would mean going back over their databases and trying to restore account balances to what they were before the glitch occurred. This could well be complicated by everyone working from home at this time.

Assuming that has not been resolved yet, please respond to the private message I sent you and we can go from there.

Have to agree with slim, be patient, let Ed help and don't start blasting them on forums as that will only reflect bad on you, if it was a legitimate issue, I would trust that they will fix it. Good luck 🙂

Hey did you get your money back?

In Evolution and NetEnt Live casinos, they check the whole gaming data again, and give back any lost money if it happens. I had experiences a few times before.

But, the live casino in RTG is Vig software which is not really good one...

So, I am afraid that you have to write an email to the Intertops support firstly.

Yeah I agree, that's what I meant- when it comes to Playtech, Netent, Evolution live games, they have certain procedures in place and they wouldn't risk their reputation of just claiming players' balance due to a glitch and not investigate. Do you have any update? Did you receive the money back?

I had a similar issue. I was playing and only had $30 left. Put $30 on a blackjack live hand, and won the hand. Yet they didn't pay me out. When I emailed support, they told me that they needed a screenshot of the issue. Who tf takes a screenshot quickly enough in anticipation that they may not pay you out before they start the next hand? I could barely get the next hand and take a screen shot. Apparently they don't even have hand history and are requesting that I provide proof. Absolutely unacceptable. Total scams and scum for giving me the run around and telling me to provide proof. The proof is my balance is 0! Look at the last hand I played at the blackjack live table. Apparently, the user has to keep their own history for every hand. Garbage process.

The live software is VIG (Visionary iGaming).
It is probably the problem of this software, but, the Intertops is negligent on taking care of players' issues.

I think that the software can be renamed as VIG - Viley iGobble 🙂
