Aspire Global Operations/Aspire Global Brands

18 replies • Last post

i had an incident over the last 1-2 days with a Casino named Betiton. whom hounded me to try their casino out offering 100% match bonus up to $150 .
Their games and conditions looked fine so I deposited $130 to try them out as I had spare time to kill.Low and below I get $44 on top of my deposit.
First up no support as i tried to ask where is the match bonus. They do not operate 24/7 hmmm
I send a couple of email message asking where is the match bonus
In the mean time I just play out the deposit and the extra $44 provided.
Almost as soon as I had finished I receive an email from a manager of Aspire Global brands whom relayed immediately They have the right to cancel any or limit
any bonus offered or provided and that i am prohibited from claiming any bonuses and they do not have to give any reason!!OH lovely what have I done.
I did mention i am finished with their casino and that I will ask Casino Listing readers their thoughts as to listing them as rather annoying this type of business.
When you play a casino sometimes the actual people whom own the joint are not quickly identifiable.

Most annoying today a casino whom I have just played once within the last week offered me a healthy free game bonus.
before I deposited I checked who owned this casino called ""Casino Luck"" OWNED BY THE ASPIRE GLOBAL BRANDS.
I tried to send a note to them to say get lost but they have blocked my email system.
Also they have a casino called Goliath.
I have no idea if Casino Listings has had issues with this group before or its casinos or if any players have had issues.
Appreciate your comments.

I am not a big punter these days just steady. I Have no idea what has got up their noses to behave this way.

HI all Casino Listings players Great news to keep you up to date it looks as though my listing of Aspire and or""" Betiton """Casino has paid off as the manager has sent a email apologizing for the technical glitch causing the problem and tells me all funds due re the match bonus will be ready for me along with a little more. LISTINGS WORK.

Well, they might be blocking all the players from Australia.

Under Aspire Global brand, there are 30~40 casinos, many of which are average or above.

😳AM in NZ but interestingly when i tried to log in today to Betiton casino the Aspire owned from NZ I was transferred to Leo Vegas and realized many of the not so clean sites are listed under Aspire and also many many of Casino listings very bad sites. Then listed under the promotion it states if you cannot locate the casino try the following casinos whom are many of the not so clean Curacao sites. 💩👍
Just as well there are some people doing reviews to possibly solve others a head ache.👍

Seems like things escalate quickly, one moment it's a casino decision to limit you, then apologize for a "glitch" and then block. To be honest, my experience with AP brands is limited, I used to play at some of them (now it's Casino Luck but stopped playing there since they moved to that platform, same as Next casino and Trada). The bonuses at first might seem appealing, however, when it comes to wagering, only their specific games count 100% for wagering, all the others count for around 75% or 50% which makes the wagering much bigger than it originally seems. Would definitely recommend to choose better casinos.

i am sure that they have prohibited you from claiming any bonuses because
of this sweet bonus term:

The "Welcome bonus" terms & conditions:

The "Welcome bonus" is limited to one bonus per household. Aspire Global operates a number of casino brands ("Aspire Global's brands") and reserves the right to limit the number of Welcome Bonuses that may be taken up by a player across Aspire Global's brands in the following way. By claiming this welcome bonus offer at Magic Red , you are prohibited from claiming a welcome bonus at other Aspire Global's brands. Any attempt to try to deceive management by registering multiple accounts within Aspire Global's brands in order to gain bonus money, may be deemed as bonus abuse and may result in the account(s) being suspended and the removal of your funds. For list of Aspire Global's brands click here

and this list is huge and is growing every month....
i have not count them but i thing 80-90 casinos are on this list right now.
aspire global is on the dark side of the force😂😎

Yes there are loads of different Aspire Global white label casinos and they all have that rule that if you claim a bonus at one of them you can't claim it again at any other. They don't all bother enforcing it but they can if they want to, and you never know when or if they will.

We've reviewed a few casinos on Aspire Global's platform and they are all mediocre casinos due to the way the entire platform is run. They aren't outright rip-off joints or anything like that, but they skirt the line about as close as you can get without going into rogue territory. They all have things like deceptive bonus wagering terms with most games contributing less than 100%, bonuses with win limits, reduced RTP settings on games (eg Play'n Go), 48 hour pending period on all withdrawals, very low monthly withdrawal limits, no legal protection of player funds etc.

Unfortunately some formerly good casinos have been bought up and taken over by this group. For examples of other Aspire Global casinos see these reviews:

CasinoLuck Review
Kaiser Slots Review
NextCasino Review
Trada Casino Review

As they are Malta and UKGC licensed, anyone able to play at one of their casinos has about 500 better options available. So in my opinion if you ever see Aspire Global on a casino website, head for the exit door.

Ah, yeah, now I remember about Aspire Global, as I see the CL's post.

Their bonus terms are very unfair and even deceiving.
If you read it, you won't like Aspire Global anymore.

I use to play at Karamba Casino very regularly not that long ago. They are part of that group in some way, and I didnt stop playing there because of any reasons like yours though.
I found over the past couple of years now their customer support in my opinion, has gone from one of the best to below average to put it nicely. Their wagering requirements remain appalling despite the entire industry clearing going in another direction, and their perks keep getting diminished even for a player that's pretty high on their VIP loyalty scale. I assumed that most casinos that operate under Aspire Global have stayed this course instead of adapting to the ever changing industry. But I also wasnt aware there were so many under them until today either lol.

If there is ever any problems with any deposit bonuses at any casino. Dont touch any of it until you talk to support, almost every time they wont help you if you play it first. They will only help if the deposit and bonus are unplayed.

A big problem is that there are loads of these Aspire Global white label casinos and many of them are run by different operators. But the individual operators have almost zero ability to change any of the factors that would differentiate themselves from each other in a good way. The payout pending periods, the low RTP settings, the tiny monthly withdrawal limits, the customer support, just about everything is the same at each and every one of these cloned casinos aside from the logo and website design. If you've seen one you've seen them all and that isn't a good thing.

Yeah I agree with you Ed, whenever I see Aspire Global brands, I run for the hills. I don't like the fact when casinos don't allow players to claim bonuses on the same platform brands (AG in this case) but they never do anything to remind players of it, just hoping players would break the rules and lose their winnings.

Feedback on Aspire Global Brands after a week of discussions with Aspire Group and Betiton
I think they must have the Virus as they have just asked me please explain what the problem was?? It feels as though the pandemic virus does strange things to some on -line casino supervisors/operators

Aspire Group have just sent me a email message stating I NO LONGER have an account with any Aspire Casino . It may not of helped my course by mentioning that Trada was a very good site along with casinoluck until they took over and introduced their own platform of unethical poor customer relationships .

Haha that's interesting and definitely shows how they treat their clients. For example, since Trada had moved on their platform, I'm no longer to login into my account or reset password.

i was a very loyal Trada player and it payed off as at least once a month or 2 months I would be provided 50 free spins on a 25 line game @ 10 + euro a spin with no wagering attached . Have yet to strike this loyalty bonus any where else. Within 2 days of Ownership transfer The Irish based casino went downhill and after telling the new English based manager he must be a cock roach to alter all the goodness Trada had built up over the last few years I was kicked out of Trada

Yes we had to rewrite and downgrade our review of Trada after they switched over as they went markedly downhill. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do about it - the company that previously supplied their casino platform was acquired by Aspire Global so they were transferred over and had no choice in the matter.

I really do wonder what the management of Aspire Global think of when they take over a new well run casino . Why grind it or them into the ground?
But they seem to be happy doing so.
