Playtech justice league games is it only me this happens to?

I have seen these games at a number of different online casinos, Superman, Justice League, Batman, etc.
Whenever I attempt to play them, I get an error code and the message says to go back to lobby and try another game.
Of course when I ask the live chat agent they suggest logging out, clearing my cache and history etc and try again.
I have done this and it doesn't make a difference at all and it doesn't matter which casino I have tried playing at, whether there is a bonus or not, I have tried using different browsers, nothing seems to make a difference,
I have tried accessing the game from my iPad, android smartphone, and Chromebook...Does anyone else have an issue opening up these games?
I have no issue with any other Playtech games I have tried.
Could it be something in my browser settings? Is it a location issue?
If anyone can give me some insight as to what the issue might be please let me know.
The fact that I haven't been able to play them only makes me want to play it more!

sometimes things like that happen for strange reasons

i have a similar problem with any slot game which has "monopoly" in the title
no matter from which provider i can't play it...barcrest, wms, scientific games, bally
but i can play any other game from this providers.
i started a little research to find the reason for that and it seems to be that
they simply don't have a licence for germany.
the reason for that i still don't know

Yes. I don't know for sure but I'm going to go with its a licensing thing and they aren't allowed to be played in your location.

I have found that even though a country isnt restricted from the provider itself, and most games are available, while some games with the same provider can be restricted from play in certain countries, I dont know why. All I know is there are some games I cant play because they're restricted in Canada, but I can play so many games from the same provider at the same Casino. Hope that helps .
