In short there are many major issues including:
1. We busted them cheating players by running progressive slots with jackpots that could not be won. The Bovada group actually had Betsoft games at the time but after the publication of our proof they removed all their games and severed ties with them.
2. They robbed a player who should have won a progressive jackpot on a game because they got the 5 symbols on a payline during a free spins bonus round. Ever heard of that rule before? Me neither, and it was not documented in the game until after the player was ripped off.
3. They had their Alderney gaming license revoked.
4. Their random number generator testing is not what people assume it to be. The third party tester only tests the RNG in isolation, not actually in operation with their games. Although this may prove it to be a genuine RNG, it would not stop a cheating game for example from requesting a new totally random number any time it does not like the result returned. So it does not prove that their games are fair at all, and given we have proven that their games were and possibly still are not fair at certain times, their RNG certification is worthless.

We highly recommend that players should not play any Betsoft games at any casino under any circumstances.
