question about slotocash terms

7 replies • Last post

So I made some deposits and then busted then got a free $100. So I'm playing and I guess after play through my balance was at $700+ then just reset to $500. So do I have to cash out that $500 or I can still play. I'm at $1100 and it never reset.

If it reset to $500 then it is probably RTG's bonus win limitation kicking in. This is not unique to SlotoCash. All other RTG casinos are the same.

It is a solution to a real problem of maximum win limits on bonuses, but it has not been thought through or implemented properly. The casino won't tell you this but even though it reduces your balance which indicates that you have satisfied the wagering requirements and the bonus is done, you still will not be able to withdraw more than $500.

That $500 limit will apply until you either withdraw or you play on and eventually lose it all. You could withdraw, wait until you get the payment, then redeposit the $500 and then play on and you would be entitled to keep your winnings. That illustrates how idiotic the system is but it is what it is.

So stop playing and withdraw that $500. You're now in a no-win situation.

Actually my recommendation is to keep playing it until you get down to $500 again, because while that's the max you can cashout from that no-deposit bonus, you can still rack up the comp points to play with after you cashout.

That's a good tip Reckless Bets. Omgpeezy actually PM'd me and asked the same thing before you posted. I advised to just withdraw and not muck around at Slotocash as we are receiving so many complaints about them denying winnings based on breaking bonus rules that it isn't worth risking $500.

This is what I did when they stiffed me out of a lot of money this past year. I played and played I recieved a whole bunch of comp points. But it's like a bonus , you need a bonus free deposit before redeeming them, and I may be wrong but theres a max bet on them, plus you cant deposit on top of funds either, even if it's just a few cents in your account. Way too many changing rules at that place for my liking. Although it's a sneaky within their t&c to do so, I would take CL-Eds advice and not mess around. Just cash out the cool 500$ and get out of there lol.

I have to agree with Ed on this one. There's always some sort of limitations when it comes to RTG bonus withdrawals, especially when they are no deposit bonuses. It's common to have max cash out at 5x bonus amount which in your case would be 100*5=500

You can withdraw up to $500. Upon completing your playthrough (=wagering requirement), the balance is to be reset at the max withdrawal if it is higher than it.

You can get the Comp for longer playing, but, I would just withdraw $500 first.

Good luck !!!
