Time Tested Strategies

Strategies are by and far bogus. You don't need to use them. Just go in and have fun.

There's a lot of strategies out there and certain people can claim one or another could be successful but in a long run most of them will prove to be ineffective...the main reason - +95% of the player don't have the discipline to follow strategies anyway(including my self)...unless you're a mat genius or something I guess.

But there's a few basic simple rules that could help every gambler, here's the most important ones, at least for me.

Do not gamble with money you do not own,only risk the money you can afford to loose.

Do not chase loses, the easiest way to loose huge is when you're frustrated by a bad streak and keep increasing your stakes.

Play safe, and get you're profit while you still can, don't get too greedy cause the things could turn around pretty quickly.

I wish I could say I've followed all of those over the years but it's not the case...being strict and disciplined in your gambling is the toughest thing.

@deneengspencer, set up the limits to spending the money and also to collect the money, its so simple but i haven't do that, because thats really hard to do..

sorry dude it is like sharpe already said ...there is no proven strategy that works at gambling
in the long run ...and if someone tells you he has one then he is a liar...

here are a few things you should also pay attention

Yeah, a good point there vom and some useful info as well, knowing the terms and rules is a basic, in the early days I've made that mistake more than once, easy money for the house 😉

There are of course correct strategies to use for card games like Blackjack, Caribbean Stud Poker, Three Card Poker etc. These use mathematics to minimise the amount you lose over the long run, as opposed to being a sure fire way to make you win. To ensure a win over the long run you need an advantage over the casino, such as card counting or angles like hole carding or a biased roulette wheel. None of that stuff is within the rules of the games though. If you want a guaranteed way to win, you won't find it in any betting strategy.

Lucky you can see the RTP for games, as USA casinos do not have to post that info and so they don't.. At least Bovada, Ignition and Co do not share anything.

Sharpe has got it right up there, I started online gambling not knowing those rules, even when I learned about those I didn't listen and lost a lot. I try my very best to follow them now .
Follow those few rules that sharpe listed above and online gambling will be much more enjoyable for yourself, and anybody for that matter.
