What company owns Bovada?

I asked a chat rep and the answer he gave was,

Bovada is likely a bit dodgy, as they're looking to avoid the wrath of the American legal system, as they specifically target the market. I know that Bovada used to be Bodog, but then Bodog pulled out and the casino was run out of the Kahnawake reservation.

The group did hold a license through Kahnawake, but they gave that up and now run without a license. That could mean that ownership changed, but I have no clue to be honest.
