New problem with Slotocash withdrawal

5 replies • Last post

After many, many deposits to Slotocash without being able to complete bonus wagering requirements, I finally got lucky on my last deposit and requested a wire transfer withdrawal as I've successfully done several times in the past.

However this time I was denied, saying their payment processor has put an indefinite hold on wire transfers to my bank (one of the largest in US), and to request a check or Bitcoin withdrawal instead.

I'm kinda pissed at this situation, for if this was going to be the case I would have deposited elsewhere. Is it too much to ask for proactive notification that my primary method of withdrawal is unavailable? Who knows how long this has been an issue and how many deposits I could have avoided...

Anyone know what's going on? I think all RTG casinos use the same central payment processor, so I wonder if so late experiencing this issue.

I heard that there are only a few of 3rd party processors for RTG casinos.
Overall, RTG casinos are mediocre at customer support, as I think of, so I wouldn't even imagine they notify players of such critical information. Accepting money is the top priority and sending withdrawal can be delayed...bad.

I can understand you pissed off at them, I would be the same for them.

It sounds like it is probably the bank blocking transfers from their payment processor, likely because they know they are gambling related. There isn't much the casino can do until they find another payment processor that isn't being blocked.

Bitcoin is the way to go even if you don't want to hold on to it. The payments can be instant and no-one can block them. Set yourself up with your own wallet to receive the payments, then you can transfer out of your wallet into an exchange account to convert back to your bank account. It's a little more hassle but it's likely you will have your money in your bank account faster that way anyway once you have it set up.

Being an American with online betting sites is so hard right now. You really should follow Ed's advice and go with Bitcoin. I've gone completely off checks/bank transfers and right to Bitcoin. So much faster and more convenient.

I used Bitcoin until Coinbase banned me (using BTC for gambling is against their TOS) so I've stayed away from it for the most part.

Yeah you need to set up your own wallet that you control and transfer in and out of there to casinos or exchanges.
