My Ranking of WGS Technology Casinos

10 replies • Last post

Casino Listings lists 5 casinos that use the WGS Technology online betting software.

They are Intertops Casino Classic, Liberty Slots Casino, Lincoln Casino, Miami Club Casino and Red Stag Casino.

Having played at all of those casinos for years, this ranking is based on my experience

1. Liberty Slots Casino

Liberty slots is easily no. 1 in my book, because they are the easiest to win at. The only thing is that you won't win as much as in their sister casino, Lincoln Casino. Another drawback is they have a $2000 limit withdrawal.

2. Red Stag Casino

In my experience, it is the second easiest to win at. Like Liberty Slots they also give you good bonuses.
My note of caution is that they disabled my account and they said they did so because they have been having transaction payment issues with a bunch of accounts, including mine and they are working hard to fix the problem. I believe they really disabled the account because of my winnings and they don't want to say that. I hope I am wrong. If I am right, just beware they will close your account if you score some nice wins.

3. Lincoln Casino

It is a little are harder to win there than at the two above, but when you win there, you tend to win more money. They also allow you to withdraw $3000 weekly, as opposed to $2000 limit placed by the others.

4. Miami Club Casino

You can win big at Miami Club casino as well. It's Like Lincoln in terms of how hard to win there. The only reason, it is not tied for third with Lincoln Casino is because of their $2000 weekly limit. One good thing is that their courier fee is $30 while Lincoln is $45.

5. Intertops Casino Classic

Intertops Casino Classic is last for several reasons. First, it is one of the hardest online casinos for you to win at. They give you meager bonuses, they charged the highest courier fee and are the slowest in terms of paying promptly. For example, they once took 8 days to process my payment request. When I asked them why? They said they had a lot of winners that week. Also, once they sent a courier check on a two-day delivery schedule as opposed to the custom next day delivery, even though they charged me $50 for courier fee. I play there but whenever I have a choice between using this casino with a bonus and the others without a bonus, I choose the others. One thing I like about Intertops is that they higher limits in weekly withdrawals than the others.

By the way, don't confuse Intertops Casino Classic with Intertops Casino which uses RTG software. I have no issue with the later.

This ranking is based on my experience. If you feel differently, please share yours with us.

There was a time when WGS, who were known as Vegas Technology at the time, were one of my absolute favourites. I used to play at all the different casinos in the English Harbour group and used to win loads on their daily tournaments with an account at each casino all playing in the same tournaments. Their table games are super fast to load and play and I played a lot of blackjack there.

I still occasionally play at Liberty Slots now and they are fine with the withdrawals. I also like how if you withdraw more than the maximum per transaction that you can queue up the withdrawals in one go and they don't make you come back every few days to submit a new withdrawal.

I think that I played in Liberty with real money long time ago, mostly playing some card games, but didn't win then. The slots are overall a bit old-fashioned, I think.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

Yeah. But it's much easier to win there than at other casinos.

I remember English Harbour fondly. I believe they were one of the first casinos where I was able to cash out with a nice win. I know Liberty Slots is basically the same, but the nostalgia doesn't hit me nearly as much.

What happened to them?

I will have to try Liberty. After a few very modest withdrawals, and being a very long time loyal customer, Miami Club has banned me from bonuses now. I do enjoy their generous birthday bonuses and that I can play a long time on my money and sometimes manage to withdraw a small amount. I do have many favorite games there, too.

The English Harbour group "shut down" right around the time that the U.S. government was getting aggressive against other American friendly casino operators. Shortly afterwards Liberty Slots appeared using an almost identical website template, same software and games, same withdrawal options and procedures etc. I don't know, but I've always believed that it's the exact same people operating under a different name.

hope777 is back. I am glad. welcome to the club of the banned by Miami Club and others. By the way, I only started to play Miami Club again these past two weeks after my bonus ban almost a year ago. I just won a nice change there without the bonus.

I guess Liberty slots must have bought them out. Or that they created a new company to get rid of English Harbour's debts and start afresh.

I reckon it was something like that. Maybe not debts, perhaps a paper trail that identified the owners?
