The slots stopped paying, the complaints and payout disputes started growing and the customer support staff started treating people's complaints as if they were beggars instead of customers.

From my experience they have always been a bit tight handing out goodwill bonuses with the usual excuse that they give out more than their competitors by means of the races and cashback scheme , I have been playing with them for four years now and in that time I have noticed customer support go down but not by much to be honest but definitely slightly
I think a large part of what you're experiencing is the clamping down on the markets where the company operates. I know for sure in the UK they have a ton of rules to follow and have gone so far as to make sure that websites "properly identify" their brand.
With things so strict, they probably aren't doing great bonuses like they used to, and those comp spins may be going the way of the dinosaurs.

I agree with Ev_P about treating its players more like beggars than players.
During a slot battle a few days ago, I catapulted to 26th spot with 40 minutes and 72 spins left to play. I was sitting in an awesome position to go for top spot. The game kicked me out then wouldn't load, support did nothing for me, either of the guys I spoke with. The one guy altering hearing my complaint replied with " hmm, that's unfortunate indeed" . That was it, I never got back in the battle and in the past live chat would have throw me some good will gesture spins in the amount of 10 or 20. Now they claim they dont even have the capability to add or subtract anything from anybody anymore.

As other members saying above, Videoslots had a big fine last year, and early this year or so, there was a change in CEO(or CFO), and then, I felt some changes in their service over the last months.
Anyway, they are still very reliable about the payments, so, I just wish you big wins in the near future 🙂
This is very true,, and also one of the main reasons I play here often. I've always been paid out in a very timely manner, via wire transfer to my bank which has never taken longer than 2 business days.
I don't worry when cashing out here. I just wish everyone and technology would figure out instant payouts that don't involve online wallets
