Red Dog and Slots Empire casinos (New suspicious RTG)

44 replies • Last post

Hello, guys,

I think that I found new RTG casinos - Red Dog and Slots Empire

Both seem to be owned by one company, but not sure yet.

Anyway, the T&Cs looks familiar.

Have anyone played in them?

Please, share any experience πŸ˜€

I got this warning message from my vaccine program, when I tried to download Spin Empire.
My vaccine program detected 3 program, but I just captured one screenshot.
And it says that I have reboot my computer to fix it.

Actually, I got this kind of message many times in RTG download version, but ignored all of them until now.

This time, I was curious what they are.

Could anybody explain about it?

Hmm I have not come across those two before. I am always very suspicious of new RTG casinos as we know well that the company will give a casino to whoever pays their price, no questions asked.

Looking at Red Dog their home page says:
4201 Players online ... ah no I don't think so, this is a lie. Not for some brand new casino no-one has heard of before.
97% Of winners ... I'm not sure what this means... 97% of their players are winners? If so, rubbish. Are they trying to say that payout rate is 97%?

They are operated by a company called ArbathSolutions OU which is registered in Curacao. I've never heard of them before.

They will ban you for using "betting strategies" which includes known losing strategies such as a Martingale.

It looks and sounds sketchy.

As for the malware warning, it could be a false positive. I tried uploading the setup.exe to VirusTotal.com which checks files against many different anti-virus programs at once. This is the result. It is flagged as a "downloader" but not a virus by some programs, which makes sense as it will download extra stuff to install the casino software.

Hi, CL-Ed,

The number of online players are 1224, and it seems changing, but I don't really believe it either.
And the 97% thing appears to be a bait πŸ˜€

I received $25 no deposit bonus with max withdrawal $75, so I hope that I could verify them with a withdrawal with it πŸ˜€

Hi vomvom, I will download it because some of my old favorite games are only available in downloaded version. I will try my best to withdraw from the no deposit bonus πŸ˜€

I was just checking the deposit menu of Slots Empire.
They don't have Neteller, Skrill, ecoPayz, but only BitCoin for me.

So, I just tried the BitCoin Deposit of $20, without sending any money.

But then, within one minute, I received a overseas phone call from Slots Empire, asking if I need any help.. So, I just told them that I was checking about it and hug up the phone...

Is it normal that you receive a phone call like this??

I experienced this kind of phone call long time ago... but it was a rogue casino called Slots Jungle and Begado...

Let's see...

Huh, they called me this afternoon again and sent me this email. I didn't answer the phone.

I am a bit seriously telling you that this type of email is very similar with the emails I received from Slots Jungle and Begado... which were owned by NetAd company...

Just a hunch.

I don't know if you can connect those companies based on just the phone calls. But its not good they have your number now as they sound very aggressive.

Hi, CL-Ed,

I am not sure about it yet. But, I was a bit surprised at the nearly instant phone call, which also instantly reminded me of the calls with Slots Jungle support some years ago πŸ˜€

And moreover, the person who called me was very unprofessional young man.

I don't remember exactly, but received some phone calls from Unibet, Videoslots and a few more casinos, plus Neteller, ecoPayz, etc, for verification purpose. I felt that they were courteous and professional.

P.S. Probably I signed up CL, searching for the information of Slots Jungle and other rogue casinos then πŸ™‚

Hi coolsongss, ..

I have tried both sites but only took their No-deposit Bonus and hope to know more about their eligibility, I plan to make a deposit when I believe that I consider them worthy, but because I cannot extract from that opportunity I will try to refrain from the extreme offers they show,

Youre welcome coolsongss,.

That is what makes me appreciate with rtg casino, by giving opportunities with free bonuses for new members, although not a few of them or even almost all RTG-based casino sites that give exception to players from my country for free bonus use, even though I often ask related things in livechat service, but i still try because its still interesting when we finding the nice one..

Hello, guys,

I luckily finished the wagering requirement in Red Dog !!!
The free bonus was $25 with 50x, the playthrough was $1250, it was tough.
The max withdrawal is $75 only. I hope that they set this small withdrawal because they will pay it anyway πŸ˜€

One tricky part is that my balance went below $1 with then left playthrough around $200.
When the bonus balance goes below $1, the bonus is finished and converted to withdrawal money in most of RTG casino. Some RTG set the minimum bonus balance at $0.5 like Casino Extreme.

But, suddenly, I got a surprising one-spin win to get $60, hahaha.
I hope that they don't take it as a violation.

I have to go through their account verification process, which I suppose very lengthy πŸ˜€

Let's see what happens to this withdrawal πŸ™‚

What is the minimum withdrawal amount? Looks like it is €150 for bank wire and credit card, which for the latter is very high.

Yes, CL-Ed, the minimum withdrawal is 150 for bank, card, and Bitcoin. I have to ask about it too.

I will use Bitcoin withdrawal.

But, from the withdrawal menu, I just keep thinking like I saw the same menu in a rogue casino long before πŸ˜€

hey guys
if you're looking for a really good rtg casino with no deposit welcome bonus and lot's of no deposit bonuses after each deposit i can definitely recommend Springbok Casino

the cool thing here is that it is a south african casino and the currency here is rand (zar) and the minimum deposit is only
25 zar which is around 1.5 € and minimum
withdrawal is only 500 zar with ecopayz which is only 30 €.. for all other payment methods it is 1000 zar.

they are trustworthy i cashed out there 3 time without any problems
if you google for it you will surely find complaints but they have all the same reason...people redeem more than one no deposit bonus in a row and that is not allowed but if you do that you can't cashout your winnings

the only downside here is the wagering requirement of 60x for every bonus.
but they give you so many no deposit bonuses that you can try your luck many times

the best no deposit bonus offer is at the end of the month: if you deposit on friday (even if you deposit the minimum of 25 zar) then you can redeem 1000 zar no deposit bonus on sunday

cheers

vomvom12, I think that you would better erase the link of another site.
Giving the name of the casino is enough for members, I think.

Springbok and Thunderbolt are good casinos to play with low deposit as you mentioned (and, maybe affiliated with Jackpot Capital)

WARNING: Do not play at slots empire.

I'm a high limit table games player and their blackjack game malfunctions.

Let me explain further...

I made some large Visa and Bitcoin cash deposits on this site. My last deposit was 500 and I was playing blackjack without any problems I started losing and I went all in for table max bet of $250. I received blackjack however dealer had an upcard of Ace so my options were to insure (take even money) or decline insurance and play the hand out. Since I depleted my entire balance I wanted to decline the insurance. Problem is the software would NOT allow me to and froze up.

I've played blackjack at RTGs for 15 years and never run into this before. I opened support and their resolution to my problem was to wipe the hand clean from the system and merely credit me back the bet of my hand $250. I never agreed to this. In fact my resolution was to either figure a way out for me to finish the hand or pay me out full for the blackjack $625. They kept telling me to make another deposit. I already lost over 2k no way was I depositing more. Then management came and wiped hand off of server.

Finally another guy came back apologized further and gave me a $20 free chip with 50x wagering and 5x max cashout. Really min withdrawl is $150 what a slap in the face.

I told them I would post my negative experience across message boards to let people know what crooks they are.

I got threats from manager if I spoke badly I would encounter "unpleasant consequences"

Wow. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this casino.

Hi, Heman,

Your case is adding a firm proof that SlotsEmpire is a rogue casino.
This casino should be on a warning list

I am sorry for your loss in this shady casino, but very thankful for sharing your experience.

My initial reaction to that is that Slots Empire, or any other RTG casino, cannot interfere with individual hands like that. They do not have the ability to do so as they more or less rent the software from RTG who does not give them that level of control. I don't believe they have the ability to erase bets from your history either.

However what they do have the ability to do is contact RTG and get them to audit the hand. If you had reached the point that the bet had been placed and the cards dealt, then there has to be a record on RTG's server as your balance was debited. Drop outs happen all the time and when you reload the game usually the cards are re-dealt in the same order, which implies that the hand itself is recorded on the server. Worst case would be a push which would be the same result you already got where they refunded your wager.

coolsongss did you ever get your withdrawal from Red Dog Casino?

We've reviewed another casino run by the same operator as the ones in this thread and its fair to say we were not impressed. Thanks for your feedback in this thread as it helped in putting together our review.

CL-Ed, unfortunately, I lost the winning, in trying to raise it up to the minimum withdrawal $150 πŸ™‚

I tried El Royale some weeks ago, but couldn't finish the wagering requirement.

I think that I wouldn't play there because the minimum withdrawal is too high for me.

Have to agree, the minimum withdrawal for most of these casinos is just off putting. I tried Slots Empire, didn't manage to wager, tried El Royale- same there. The bonuses are usually were high in terms of match amount but feels impossible to wager it unless you risk and place high bets (in max bet allowed region).

I won a jackpot at reddog and was denied my payout because of one spin I made that was $12.50 before my playthrough was met. I played at reddog since about January 2020 never won a dime and made many deposits I was considered somewhat of a "VIP" vip host told me I should be okay because I was close to play though and my mistake was made after the jackpot was won. Eventually the payout department denied my withdrawal because of one spin. Over all I have spent at least $2000 with reddog since January, maybe more and when I finally won something on their tight slots they took it. πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

Guys I promise you 100% that they are a fake casino, DO NOT TRUST THESE FOOLS.I have made 13 deposits between Red Dog and Slot Empire. I also got the calls like some of you on the thread. They always called to tell me they are giving me $75-$100 bonus credit to play with since I lost. You also have my word that they are affiliated and same owners as Casino Max and Cherry Jackpot and Roaring 21. I would be here all day explaining my points and showing my proof. Please listen to me and don't be so stupid like me. I have lost over 10k in 8 months with these 5 casinos. I have video evidence showing Roaring 21 jackpots increase within days by thousands of dollars on each game. I'm sick of they're lies. They can manipulate the players account believe me. I learned my lesson the hard way and to be honest I'm not done with them yet, they messed with the wrong guy πŸ˜‰

Sillyloser, your advice to avoid Red Dog and Slots Empire (as well as El Royale) is spot on. They are all run by an operator called Arbath Solutions.

However your suspicions are wrong on this point:

Sillyloser wrote:

That latter group is operated by the people who used to run the Club World group before they had a family disagreement and split up a few years ago. They are a professional operation and are unrelated to these Arbath Solutions casinos, aside from both using the same casino software back-end called Realtime Gaming / RTG.

Yeah Casino Max and Cherry Jackpot seem reputable. I've made withdrawals from both without issue. Plus it's nice that if your docs are verified at one, you're automatically verified at the other.

I am curious if anyone who has issues w/RTG casinos ever use RTG's "CDS" site to report issues and if that ever generates resolutions.
