Yes sory i was furious and had a couple of beer so here i made other account before. I forgot about them try to create and see i got already one so retrieve password deposit money ask cashout they ask id i send id by the time i play more ask cashout multiple time they alway refuse because they want more id my quebec national card is not enough for them by this time deposit more and more and when i stop deposit and ask them my 200$ and stop deposit they close my account for multi account i talk to them after this they say they check for multi averytime you ask cashout so they know i had other account in the pass they say its not forbiden to deposit money even with multi account. My story is they juste took my money they knew i had other account and break their rule to take my money i got all on screenshot on my computer il upload them later just reply here because i will forget

i found the casino again (i smoke and drink) so i retrieve password and start playing whit deposit ask cashout they give me one no problem no id verification just like everithing is fine. play more cashout. refuse deposit play more cash out refuse. i dont even conect to other account from the first deposit. they claim to check account duplication on every cashout request and close if they found. they have not say anything they ask more id letting me deposit more and more till i put all the money i had and really wanted my 200$ cause i need to live too. when they see i dont deposit more they close account.
all this time i go ask bonus they check ok give bonus ask for deposit more and all that s**** you know. i talk to them to get some proof after they close account so they have check duplicating at least 10 time on my account. other account have no deposit no id upload no conection no activitie exepept being there

they are abusing their own rule for their profit
