Card deposit to Neteller and Skrill

Yeah..that sounds logical...some of the areas are restricted from gambling anyway...

And there was an option of choosing a non gambling account at the registration before...If I'm not mistaken so that might be another reason as well.

Not sure about that...I have a few bucks in Skrill restricted from gambling so according to that if I send those to another Skrill user then he/she would be able to gamble with those funds?

By the way don't even know why those few bucks have been restricted, the sender has been sent those as a non gambling payment or the fact he/she is situated in gambling restricted area...anyway.

All I personally know is that Mastercard deposits to skrill/ neteller can't be used for gambling online.
