Neteller bank withdrawal blocked

21 replies • Last post

Ah, I just logged in my Neteller account and found out the Bank Withdrawal is not available for my country....
What the heck is going on with Neteller ?

Then, I just went to Skrill if the same thing happened. But, bank withdrawal is still available in Skrill...
Maybe, Skrill will also block it in the same way soon or later ? 😢

This is not good.

Did they have some new regulations come in place to start the new year? That would be my guess, but I'm not sure.

Yeah, it sounds weird when we know that both E-wallets are own by the same company...to be honest not using Neteller at all these days coolsongss so I'm not aware of what the issue might be man..probably it's would be a good idea to contact their support and ask them about that...

Yeah, that should be the case. The information banner was on the first page, huh.
Maybe I can only withdraw via BitCoin from Neteller. They also added Crypto, I gotta check the function.

Yeah, that is what I am saying. I don't know why they are blocking the accounts from Korea.
It seems that they are promoting Cryptocurrency trades via Neteller, so maybe I have to start to use BTC, which I really hate to use...

I have that problem with limited use of online wallets, but it's not them preventing me from doing so, it's my bank itself. They wont let me deposit into online wallets for the use of gambling or depositing into almost every casino. But so far I haven't run into any issues accepting withdrawals into my account from winning at the casinos

I had the same issue but it doesn't say my country which is South Africa is blocked or restricted but bank withdrawals are impossible either its not accepted or it pends for two to three days then is reversed back into my account , I closed my Skrill account and keep Neteller open just in case , I only use Ecopayz now and never have an issue there

I don't know about the regulations under which they are, but I am suspicious of their own policy.

I kind of think that they are like overly interpreting and imposing this kind of withdrawal ban to maximize their exchange and processing fee profits. They don't do that for European countries, but the users outside European countries are treated as a good pushover.

However, it is simple that they are doing this new ban to abide by the regulations.
But, I don't really think so, from what they have been doing.

for me skrill and neteller are dead for about 10 month now...from on day to another
i could not make deposits to the most casinos i tryed it

i am also use ecopayz to deposit most of the time if it is available
the only negativ thing with ecopayz is a fee of 5.90 € any time you cash out money to your bank account

I agree with you the fee is high for cash outs but consider yourself lucky , I have a Gold Account and they charge me R159.95 ZAR which is equivalent to 10.25 euro , I would much rather be charged 5.90 euro

vomvom12 is lucky (or has Platinum membership for cheaper transaction cost 🙂 )

The transaction fees of Skrill have been lifted for the European users as well like a year ago 😉

Were bank withdrawals available in your country before?

They've likely changed their terms and conditions but it was a very crappy move to do so without sending you any sort of notification.

that is for...to make such important changes without any notifications for the customers is
a no go for ewallet provider.

Even more irritating now and also frustrating is the new crypto section they have added , it would be great if it functioned like a normal btc wallet but it doesn't you cant send your crypto to any other wallet you may have or even an exchange only neteller approved merchants , there is practically no point in me keeping my account open with them anymore
