fairytale about random slot games

8 replies • Last post

her is something intresting for those people who still belive the fairytale that the slot games you are playing
are totaly random...they are not
i never belived that slot game spins are totaly random. for me it was clear that there is a fixed chema
I do not want to claim that this is what all providers do..maybe some slot games/providers have random
results.
but look at this..i like the games from 1x2 Gaming and i am always looking out for them.
in this case i am playing celebrity jungel from 1x2 Gaming..i was down to 6.48 € when i hit 10 free spins and
befor the first free spin has started the casino lobby (see it at the top of the first picture) shows my
new account balance of 15.06€ (the second piture show the result after the free spins)
how should that work? if all spins are totaly random...from then on, i have paid attention to that and i noticed
the same thing at more and more games and providers

what you think about that ?

i noticed that at this casinos

Oh, this is quite a strange situation...
There might be a kind of delay from actual spins in the server to player's PC screen...

I am not playing 1x2 Gaming in any cainos you mentioned above, but I know about CampeonBet which is relatively a new casino...

Let't see what other people have to say about this...

that could not be a delay...the result is shown befor the spins have started....
in every bonus round you hit
dont get me wrong ...i am not that kind of guy who said: everything is rigged
e.g. at online poker i belive that cards are dealt randomly. the disadvantages outweigh the advantage
if they manipulate that

It's still possible that for this game provider, upon hitting a bonus it randomly generates the result of all your spins and updates your balance immediately after. There's nothing that says for it to be random it can only generate the next free spin result after each spin.

Reckless Bets has it. What you have seen does not mean that your result was not random. It just means that the result of the bonus round is randomly pre-determined as soon as you get it. The spins are generated and played out on the server and then sent to your machine which then displays them. This way the round can be replayed with the same result if you machine is disconnected in the middle of it. It seems that the game got out of synch with the lobby and the lobby updated too fast.

Games that have pick'em style bonus rounds are often done like this. Despite seemingly giving you a choice of which item you pick to reveal a prize, it doesn't matter what you pick because you're always getting whatever the game has already picked (randomly) for you.

ok, if you explain it that way it makes a little bit more sense
but I'm still a bit skeptical...maybe it is a software problem because all casinos i listed
in my op are running on the same gaming platform

On second thought, I also had a similar experience in RTG casino, while playing new slots within months.
I had a strange feeling too, because some win amount was shown in winning even before free spin feature was finished.

As I read CL-Ed and Recless Bet comments, I feel a little disappointed at slot games anyway 😢

Why? It's still random, whether it immediately generates all the results or generates each spin over at a time after each spin. The RTP is all the same.

I agree though, it's kind of lame for picking bonuses that give you the appearance of having an influence over there results when you don't.

Yeah you have to remember that a slot machine is a fancy way of disguising the fact that you're basically just playing a lottery on every spin.
