My Spidey Senses Are Tingling About Betzest Casino

9 replies • Last post

There's way too many issues and bugs at this place for it to have any kind of professionalism behind the scenes, who would open the doors to a new business with so many problems yet to be dealt with. This is my final email to them after having nothing but issues and problems for over a week, and I haven't even spun one reel, flipped one card or bet on one sports game, yep, it's that bad.

To Betzest Support
I have heard nothing back from you guys, live chat can't and won't do much at all. Took a week to get my cell verified, then it was done in a strange fashion, I was emailed 10 no deposit spins which I can't play because I can't play any of the games at all actually, keeps saying it can't find the game at this screen pops up, I'll attach screenshot below. I finally got my 5$ no deposit bonus after more then a week with verifying my number issues ongoing, left, came back several hours later and it's missing, casino history says its active, but it's nowhere to be seen. I email support here and you guys never respond to any of my emails. This is way too many red flags going up for me, you have all my personal information right now, and at this point, I don't want that, because I've lost all trust in this casino. I want you to delete my account and I would like a verification email stating you have done just that. I was looking forward BetZest Casino opening, and it's only been a complete disappointment from the second I went to your site. I would usually say good luck with everything and I'm hoping for the best for you, but I think you mite be trying to hurt people with this place instead of entertain them, with that said, if the latter is in fact true, I hope all these bugs and issues you have, sink this casino before you can even steal anything, lmao wouldn't that be hilarious, after all your hard work and well thought out plan to do so, I would laugh so hard you'd here it from the other side of the planet.

Got curious and had to see it myself 😜

I got the same problems with the games at start, but then remembered that when I am in Latvia, NetEnt games dont work here (NetEnt start to hide their games for some parts of the world). So i entered again with a VPN and set it to Norway. After that the games worked ok. So question is, did you only try to enter the NetEnt games? And are those games available in Canada?

When that is said, the site is still a bit slow, and it does not feel professional. Also, the company is located in Malta, but the license is from Curacao...?? And about the no deposit bonus, in the terms they state that the max withdraw amount on those bonuses is €10, so I would not bother to much trying to get it....

Thanks Caliber26 for the info, I made sure to try many providers because Canada is a Netent restricted country, but nothing worked, as my number being verified, at first they said it was a technical difficulty in their end with people residing in Canada, alright , no big deal, then today I was on live chat and gave them my number after they asked, they said i had my number in there wrong and they verified it for me, but still received nothing on my cellphone. It's all been to fishy for me, like I said, my spidey senses are Tingling lol just have a strange feeling stemming from my experience there so far, I'm going to stay away for now.

Yeah, better let them get some age and see how they turn out to be later on.

I mean, technical problems may always arise, but I think that it wasn't correct how they dealt with your inquiries. It shouldn't take a week to get your cellphone verified.

I asked them to delete my account, and they did just that. My whole experience there was just odd the entire time. Maybe 6 months to a year down the road if they are still in business I'll try them again, but not anytime soon.

Just out of interest, how did you hear about this casino? It looks like it is very new.

This is quite common for reasons of low tax and a lot of casino industry and expertise in Malta, and low cost and virtually no oversight or accountability in Curacao.

LCB, I ran into it a few months back though, as soon as you enter the site, I remember a chameleon in the picture notifying whoever came that the site wasn't ready yet, it looked cool, got my attention, but then have heard virtually nothing until I ran into it under the new casinos section at LCB

I'm really of the opinion that you're better off letting some other sucker test out new casinos. Give it 6 months or a year and see if they are 1. still in business, and 2. able to operate without generating legions of complaints.

I only try out the casinos that offer no deposit bonuses. I never trade my credit card number in return for a no deposit bonus either. I hear what you're saying CL-Ed for sure, there seems to be a rogue casino popping up every other week these days. I had Betzest delete my account the other day, I'm definitely taking your advice with that place that's for sure.
