Digimedia did not prevent me from playing in their member casinos

12 replies • Last post

Hi, after I signed my 1 year exclusion from jackpotcity, I had signed up at betway, which I had played for about a week, which I had also excluded myself from betway. After betway, I signed up at platinum play, which they also did not say anything, and allowed me to play there as well, which I also excluded myself from. After platinum play, I signed up at allslots, and played there for a few months, not knowing that all of these casinos are from the same group, ' digimedia'. A few months passed, and I forgot I self excluded myself from platinum play, and had made another account, using my same email address and details, and digimedia still never informed me or prevented me from playing. After I had lost a lot of money, I signed up at cabaret club, and within like 2 days, I remember getting a message from digimedia, informing me, that Im on self exclusion and they locked my account ( I think, because they knew I was making small deposits, which they finally acted from the self exclusion prevention)

The crazy thing is, all of these casinos are from the same group, yet they try to distinquish all of these casinos from being from the same group. Not only do they distinguish them, but they make it look as if these casinos are from different groups. Only platinum play and Allslots, are known to be fortune lounge, but in reality, every single one of these casinos mentioned, are from the same group, and is operated by the same people. Digimedia knew I was on self exclusion the whole time, and never once made any attempt to prevent me from playing, but only then, after cabaret club, they closed my account because they knew I didn't have much money left. Even after all of this, they still left my allslots, wild jack, and platinum play accounts open, without giving me any hint at all that they are all from the same group. Since I have another problem with digimedia altering my files at the moment, I had recently tried logging into my wild jack account, which they now, tell me that my wild jack account is locked, which had me confused, because I didn't know at that moment, that they are the same people. I finally found out about a week ago that they are the same group, because after receiving my 'jackpotcity' account, I noticed the audit report for one of the accounts, looked very similar to my allslots game play, which I was advised to contact the email address on allslots.com, which I did, and found out they are the same group. Till this day, allslots will not send me my data, and is hiding it from me. The reason I think they are hiding my allslots data, because they might have switched, and altered it, with my real jackpotcity account. During the past week, they have made 3 attempts, to get me to remove my allslots data, by trying to trick me into filling the request to remove data, while pretending that its, to receive my data.

Hmmm...

If the casinos are managed by one company, the account lock can happen.

I hope that your loss in those casinos is not too big for you.

And I think that you should calm yourself down and stay away from online gambling and forums for some time like 1 year.

Im absolutely done playing online, as I have concluded that most of the online industry, is operated under one organization, which also regulates the very same casinos that they own.

The losses were pretty bad, Im guessing close to a hundred, probably more, in deposits. Not to mention the 45 too, which I probably will have to go court for.

Thanks for the advice 🙂

That doesn't surprise me. Aspire Global is similar to EveryMatrix, they offer whitelabel casinos- basically if you want a casino, they will provide you with the platform.

That's a ton of casinos from one company, how long did it take you to dig that up VomVom12? I hope you're not going off the deep end like our recently banned bud there lol,

I used to play in Hopa Casino among Aspire Global, which is at the end of the list.

I didn't have any problems in withdrawal, but there were some strange points in this group.
One important is that the wagering requirement for bonus play is very high.
Most of popular games contributes only 50% or even 0% for the wagering requirement.

You gotta check it thoroughly before making a deposit.

Good luck.

hahaha...dont worry WaroftheGods i just copy & past that really long list...
there is a link to that list in the bonus terms in each aspire global casino...

they warn you....if you allredy have claimed a wellcome bonus at any casino on the list
you are prohibited from claiming a second wellcome bonus at a other aspire global's casino
strange rule imo...

I play at Karamba casino quite often, they are Aspire Global, I've never run into any issues with claiming other welcome bonuses anywhere else though, although I'd have to take a closer look at your list and find out if I've even tried

I used to play at a bunch of EveryMatrix casinos and also never had issues. I mean, even though the casinos are hosted by the same platform, you can have or not have issues with separate casinos.

normally i read all terms & conditions exactly.
i ran into strange rules a few times before...and i take care since then...
but in this case (i dont no why) i already took 3 welcome bonuses at 3 different
aspire global casinos before i noticed that rule

i have lost them all 3 so i never requested a cashout...but to claim them was
no problem...no worning no hint...
typical unfair behavior of some online casinos
the great surprise hits you when you want to cashout your winnings
and you missed that rule

I haven't had any problems I could remember with Aspire Global casinos but of course, everyone has their own experiences 🙂
