I made a withdrawal request yesterday for $250 from Playamo Casino, I uploaded the requested documents yesterday. I followed up my withdrawal request payout this morning and the proceed to tell me I played through my cancelled withdrawal and I have nothing to withdraw. This was never possible, after my withdrawal I kept $50 to continue playing, which I had got up to $400, I eventually played this through. They were still requesting another copy of my card yesterday, which I sent a 3rd time. At no time did my $250 magically appear in my casino account. I asked for a copy of my betting history to be emailed to me, so I could check the transactions myself, but he said they could not provide me with this information. I asked to speak to the manager, he said I am the manager. I asked for the financial section to contact me to discuss my dispute and check my transactions and he said they don't contact their players. The support agent was very rude and not helpful at all, certainly not supportive in any way. I have been paying online casinos for several years, so I am well aware of how they work. I have attached the transaction listing showing my withdrawal, request discarded. I asked several times what discarded meant and he just kept saying it was cancelled, BUT I never received it in any way
I've had several withdrawals from Playamo over the past couple of years and never had a problem. I looked back over my history and I found only one transaction marked as "discarded" and that was a Skrill deposit, and I have another one for the same amount 2 minutes later which is marked "Accepted" so it must have failed for some reason at the time and then I tried again. So that tells me that it could be due to the payment failing, or of course it could be that they cancelled the payout for whatever reason. But the unhelpful CS person hasn't shed any light on that.
Re your betting history: see on your screenshot there is a link for a tab there that says "Bets History", just above the "Payments" heading and to the right of the green selected "Transactions History". Have you tried clicking that and seeing what is there? I tried it on my account but it times out and returns an error page for me. Maybe you will have better luck with that.
Check that link and get back to me and let me know how you get on. If that doesn't reveal what happened I'll see if we can get in touch with someone at the casino on your behalf to look into it and try to get a proper answer. I know from my own experience that this casino pays out without issue regularly, and given that your withdrawal was a relatively small one for a casino, I would be surprised if this was anything worse than combination of a mistake or technical error and a lazy CS agent.
