I have been away too long, so I am making a point to sign in for a few today. Work is really busy this time of year, but soon I will have my summer! Can hardly wait! 🙂
Do any of you get the little Sloto Magazine in the mail? I received mine. I was so happy to see a nice $50.00 chip in the middle of the mag among two pages of coupons. The coupon said "valid only April 15th." The problem? I didn't even receive the magazine in the mail until April 21st! How generous of them, really? And that was the only no deposit offer among all the coupons;. All others are deposit matches and one or two free spins offers. Oh, wait! I now see one more no deposit coupon for an $18 free chip. However, another problem. And this one is dated March 10th, but it says "valid through May 31st." Still that is a far cry from a $50 freebie.
Just an observation. If they are going to give away freebies maybe they need to plan ahead a little better - if they care about their customers - snail mail or no snail mail! 😜

Maybe try their support and explain the situation and they might give you a free chip if you're lucky.

Forum AngelThat's cool that they send a magazine. I never have gotten one. I do get mailers from other casinos though, and they take weeks to get here from Malta or wherever they send them. Like Ed said, hit up the support team and see if they'll hook you up.
