Jackpot Capital - Max Withdrawal

6 replies • Last post

I was interested in Jackpot Capital since for all the RTG casinos available to Americans, it has the highest weekly cashout of $10k... Or does it...?

I had a chat with customer service about the $10k weekly withdrawal since if you look in the cashier, each of the withdrawal methods has a much smaller max amount... Bitcoin - max of $2500, Wire Transfer - $2500, Check by courier - $3000, and finally Moneygram, $450.

They said the max amounts are correct and that you're only allowed to take 1 withdrawal of each kind per week, so you would need to basically use all possible withdrawal methods to actually get close to the $10k. I say close to $10k because if you add all those up, it's not even $10k, it's $8450.

Personally I think the "$10k max withdrawal per week" is misleading in that you'd have to (very inconveniently) exhaust all available withdrawal options and split your winnings up into both USD and BTC and cash a check and Moneygram...

Thoughts? Am I being overly critical here? Maybe worth an asterisk on the official Jackpot Capital review?

Something else to add to that query would be if they allow cross financing. Many online casino's only allow you to withdraw via the same method you deposited. They dont state this in their terms but I always make a point of asking the host and then sending the chat text to myself as proof that this is indeed allowable. I have been bitten more than once where I have tried to withdraw via a different method than I deposited as Australians have very limited withdrawal options now and is why I always check first.

I think you raise a good point. Their T&Cs say $10,000 per week upper limit but for example on my account I cannot withdraw more than $5450 because I only have three options, two of which are limited to $2500 and one which is $450. I assume that these options would vary by country.

My other gripe with them is the 48 hour hold on withdrawals, even the ones they could be doing instantly like Bitcoin. On the other hand they do pay out withdrawals like clockwork once the 48 hour hold is up.

I've updated the review page to make mention of these things.

Oh, I see. It is disappointing about their real policy on the weekly max withdrawal.
I though that it is up to $10,000.

And as far as I experinced, Slotocash also allows cross financing, like deposit via Neteller and withdraw via ecoPayz.

Yeah I used to really like Slotocash but after two decent withdrawals they unexpectedly (and with no notification) cut me off from using their good deposit bonuses, instead only showing a few select bonuses with worse terms (less matching, more playthrough). It's goofy since by far the majority of deposits I made with bonuses never even got through playthrough.

Makes me question playing there much more in the future.

I know what you mean.
I am winning a bit from UptownAces and losing big in Slotocash.

All the bonuses from UptownAces are limited and not good as you mention above. And the bonuses from Slotocash is still quite good 😀

Their bonus schemes for a player are immediately changed especially after withdrawing from free bonuses.

And I could not experience, but, their weekly withdrawal is up to $2,500 too, as I guess.

Jackpot capital has never failed, after a strict verification of the account, the payment goes without a problem.
