Regulations of online casinos?

7 replies • Last post

hi all, i have a ridiculous question about an online casino regulation, so far i am not paying attention to an online casino regulation, so i do not even know what the function and purpose of a casino regulation is created, and whether it is important enough for the customer or online casino site concerned,?

and one more silly additional question again, is there any best online casino regulation, if there are them,??

thanks for the feedback.

Short answer: the regulator is there to ensure that a casino operates legally and responsibly, to assess the character of the owner of the casino and make sure they aren't a criminal, and to offer help and/or arbitration to players that have a dispute with a casino. Many online casinos operate in jurisdictions that do none of these things.

I think we answer most of that on our page about different licensing jurisdictions. You can check it out here and let me know if it doesn't answer your questions:

Everyday, more and more casinos, rejects players from Bosnia and Herzegovina, say law does not allow online betting in Bosnia - that's not true!

I suppose that you are asking about Casino T&Cs (Terms & Conditions), rather than Casino Regulations by licensing authorities... correct ?

Yes, it's exactly cl-ed, and I've gone to the link you mentioned, almost I found all the answers from what I questioned, before I have never been in a review of jurisdiction.
And I was shocked after I saw some of the levels discussed there, as it turns out that I've had an account at several online casino sites that mostly use or licensed from jurisdictions with "Rubber Stamp" levels, but there has not been anything bad and I hope it does not happen to me. Thanks for the good feedback from you cl-ed, hopefully your day is fun ,.

if t & c, I do not really study one by one online casino sites, because maybe they have a lot of similarities for t & c online casino sites, maybe just a little difference they use between one site to another site, i have read some of the links mentioned by cl -ed, and I'm quite happy to see that, and I thank you for giving me feedback for me ...maybe my question is too elusive, ..

From my experience, you can read T&Cs faster after reading a few.
There are certain items like the max bet amount with bonus, the restricted games with bonus, wagering requirement, account verification, etc.
