We've had several reports of people waiting a couple of months to get paid. We have added a warning to all the review pages for their casinos and really I think you're better off not playing there at all until they fix their issues. That said, they have operated for more than a decade and have consistently paid people all that time. JennaRose I have sent you a private message - get back to me there and I'll pass your details on to their management and we'll see if they can speed things up for you.

thanks cl-ed for the information, does it indicate that they belong to the category of rogue casinos, because lately I just pay attention to them and had time to think will try even further, but after reading this thread I will think again about it. .

I played in Vegas Casino Online which is owned by the same pepople.

It usually took 4~7 months for me. So, I gave up playing there even though I was winning quite good.

You also need to finish account verification firstly, then it will take that long to process the payment.

They used to pay all in a very long interval. But, it really took long and was very exhausting emotionally.

So, their casinos are not recommendable at all.

There are 5 casinos owned by the company - Sun Palace, Vegas Casino Online, Las Vegas USA, Old Havana, SlotsPlus.

oopps ,, that is a very unreasonable time, for me the withdrawal process that spent less than a week was enough to make me cancellation withdrawal, let alone time spent about 4-7 months, it is out of my reach, I think they are less qualified to be called "worthy" online casinos, because the speed of payment process is an important requirement for them, thanks coolsongss for your important news,

I got in touch with the casino and they say they will be paying JennaRose this week. We're keeping an eye on them as while they have been good in the past, this "temporary slow payments" thing has been going on for well over a year now and appears to be the new normal.

I guess that JennaRose's Jackpot is a local Jackpot, correct ? 🙂

Yeah so obviously their "next week" claim made 2 weeks ago didn't pan out but they did email us again and said that it would be coming this week. Glad to hear they have finally come through for you JennaRose.

It's great that they paid you in the end, but that sort of payment delay is not good enough. Plenty of other casinos have the exact same games but will pay you far quicker. Take a look at Casino Extreme or Casino Max for example.

When I first registered there I tried to claim a free chip with a coupon code and it would not accept it so I did not entertain the casino any further, they keep a fairly low profile from what I could gather in search of their honesty and trustworthiness I am pretty glad that I have not wasted any more energy in playing with them
