Won 10% jackpot playing Caribbean Poker and got this message

On Saturday I was playing Caribbean poker on Las Vegas USA Casino and got a straight flush. A message popped up on he screen saying "It looks like you may have won a big, big jackpot" See the screenshot for the rest of the message. Anyways I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this type of thing happening to them? It's been 72 hours and when I contacted customer support for LVUSAC they told me that there is nothing they can do until they hear back from RTG (software provider for the casino). I've won 12500 playing keno at bovada and never had anything like this occur.

First up congratulations on your win! Not exactly the kind of message you want to see though is it? Hopefully it will all check out ok.

Las Vegas USA have run a pretty straight up operations for a decade or more so I have no doubt they will pay you. However their payments have been extremely slow over the past year so you may have to wait a while to receive it all in instalments. Hang in there though and resist the temptation to play some more with those winnings while you are waiting for the payments.

Another weird thing is when I log into my account and try to play any game I get a message that says I have a unfinished hand to play in Caribbean poker. So I go to Caribbean poker and I get another message saying the machine is unavailable contact support. So basically I'm unable to play anything until this jackpot is verified.

Wow, what a win. Here's hoping everything goes through cleanly and you see your money. Wish the casino could make the message a little more friendly though, so as not to spook the big winner.

Yeah I finally got the jackpot on Feb 3rd. Put in a couple withdraw request for 1000 each.They are still listed as "requested". I'm pretty sure I won't be seeing any money for at least a few months.

Yeah they are slow but I am confident they will pay you in the end. Hold tight and don't play there again until you are fully paid.

I've seen others post about the payouts from them and they said the casino will put your withdraw request at the bottom of the que list if you don't continue playing.

I have not heard of that happening with these guys. Don't fall for that one, if they ask or suggest that take screenshots and let us know here.

How much longer should I wait for them to at least change the status of the withdraw from 'requested' to something else? I've sent a couple emails to them asking what the status is but I never get a reply.

i have no experience with Las Vegas USA Casino they dont accept players from germany...anyway i am not a big fan of RTG casinos at all.
after a quick google search (askgamblers.com/2.91 from 10) i hope you will get your money at all
a couple of emails and no reply...does not sound good

I am afraid that it is going to take very very long like 1 year or more.

It took me 4~7 weeks.

Aw. I see what you mean. It's been 18 days since my first 1000 withdraw request and the status still says 'requested' so I don't know.

So, this is your first play and withdrawal in Las Vegas USA Casino, correct ?

And, on second thought about the withdrawal, your win is a progressive Jackpot, so the money is to come from RTG company. And they surely will send LVUSAC the whole amount in one installment.

They should send you all the amount at once, which makes sense... Or, LVUSAC is very bad delaying the payment of player's Jackpot, hmmm 🤔

Yes this is first withdraw from there. The more I deal with them less confidence I have in their entire operation. As of now they are telling me that their security department is still reviewing my document which is why they haven't processed my withdraw requests. Problem with that is i received an email from their security department 2 weeks ago saying everything checked out and they were going to inform the financial dept to process my requests.

It seems everything is just a big hassle with these people. When i played at Bovada withdraws took no longer than 2 weeks. So all in all this LVUSAC sucks

Yeah, I understand how you are feeling about them.

I stopped playing around 2 years ago, but I want to share my experience, hoping that it would be of a little bit of help for you.

They have separate live agents - Help, Security, Finance in my memory.
Finance is most difficult to get in contact with, maybe because they work shorter.

In case of the verification, you would better talk with Security directly, other than waiting for their email replies. In my case, I sent them my documents, which didn't arrive in their email box. So, I just finished the verification by sending them again while chatting with Security.

And, all the withdrawal requests seem to go to Security firstly (I don't know why 😀 ), and then to Finance. So, you have to check with Security too firstly.

And, eventually Finance approve the withdrawals and "process" them to the 3rd party processor.
According to them, it takes very long from 3rd party processor, huh.

You can also directly chat with Finance anyway, but they will keep saying like your withdrawals are in the long queue or will be processed next batch, every time you check with them.

I got in contact with the casino and they have stated that toohyped will be "paid in full next week".

Lets see if they follow through on that.
