need advice on resolving a big issue with ·ALLSLOTS casino please!

7 replies • Last post

All slots casino has sadly become one of the worst casinos i have ever dealt with. I stayed loyal to them for 2 full years with no big winnings and, very painful, disrespectful customer service every single time. Just an hr ago the site ripped me off harshly and blatantly, when i reached out for help, i got the run a round with 3 different agents, that made me wait long unheard of amounts of time and no one helped me. I still need the issue fixed... I give up

Hi, what kind of issue do you have in All Slots Casino? I have my account there, but didn't played with real money. The casino used to be good before, but it went sour.

Please, share about your issue.

Its gone downhill in all the worst ways. Makes me sad but relieved as its time to move on to bigged and better. Two years of real money and a lot of of..no big wins..starting to feel odd.

These guys started gradually going downhill a few years ago and we ended up blacklisting them recently. That said, we may be able to help out: what exactly is the problem? How did they rip you off?

Lets just say deposit after deposit last night and this morning I was down to my last standings. I went for it as it was so badly needed at this time . I put my last funds in. And after playing for 2 years straight and not gaining any significant wins. I hit 15 free spins, It rolled through maybe 2 rounds and lined up big.the whole screen started filling in and the mulitplyer was high so probably would have been a large win .. I'd been wishing for.instantly the screen goes black and freezes. I immediately restarted my phone and normally if u got kicked off it would resume your last session. This time it did not. It voided the rest of the bonus and winnings and was like it never happened. I tried to get help with this issue on the live chat for 4 HOURS. Only to be snubbed and danced around and left waiting.agent after agent. I called the casino.next exhausted from reexplaining, had to repeat my story to 3 more agents before I finally ended with one , who said it would have automated the amount and kept playing through etc but my device was OFF and logged off .hardly seemed fair that a game took place and I wasn't there to view it. I basically wept in frustration pleading that is have loyalty points surely and that he must be able to reward me with some sort of customer benefit etc he did do that after I'd been crying. I've never felt so neglected and takin for a fool.

Ok, by the sounds of this I'd say that the casino no control over what happened. They are basically a front end that runs games from servers controlled by their game supplier which for All Slots will be Microgaming.

The person that told you that the game should have played through and credited you anyway is right. That said, their servers should have a record of each and every spin that you made in the casino - Microgaming calls this PlayCheck in their system. If you did trigger a bonus that disappeared then the last recorded spin in your account history should show the combination needed to trigger the bonus. If you can't see that information yourself on your account you should contact the casino and ask for the PlayCheck history for the period leading up to the time the crash happened.

That's Spot on Ed , I had similar experience few years back playing Halloween fortune on mobile retrigered s20 spins with a multiply of 20x on my 11th spin I was up a fortune and alas my phone died on me, when I powered up again and resumed my game the remaining spins were no longer there and my balance was as I left it when the phone failed on me, support took two weeks to resolve it and comped me with 250 free chip tied up with a 45x wagering requirent ✋
Hardly fair but it was a Playtech slot and a a crappy casino to match the the software ,
Eds advice is best gypsyqueenlmw By requesting the Playcheck , if you have not played the game since the incident or cleared the browsers cookies & Cache then you may even still be able to review the game hitory yourself ,
Terrible when this type of thing happens but I don't think Microgaming has issues regarding play loss , they the best in the business if you ask me , the casinos crappy attitude and support is poor but explains why they blacklisted here on Cls ,
I hope you get some resolution though 👍

I can I only agree with others. Try to get your bet history with clear wins showing and it should help. If you find the triggering pin, they should be able to help, at least that's what I think. But the support should have done the playcheck already and it's sad how they treated you.
