Casino Max is Outstanding

This message should be a spam but, I still wonder about how long it takes for the withdrawal in Casino Max.

Casino Max is run by the people who used to run the Club World group of casinos before they lost a legal case and their casinos. So I would expect it to be good. We have a review that should be published soon.

The short story:
- Its a good new RTG for Americans with a good experienced operator.
- It is in dire need of more low fee deposit and withdrawal options. Bitcoin support would help.
- The non-cashable "carry-over" policy on the 300% bonus that you can claim up to 3 times is so bad that you should not claim it more than once.

I beg to differ with your "outstanding" assessment. I was disappointed that blackjack is the only table game offered. I had hoped to find craps on the site.

Additionally, they won't cash me out. I deposited $500, I won $530 and requested a cash out of $1030. Cash out declined. No reason, no notice. They were kind enough to put it back up on my account but it appears that I won't get the money back and I'm only left to play blackjack until the account goes to zero.

I did some research on this casino before I deposited, saw good reviews but was concerned it was a fairly new site. I should have acted on my gut as it seems they can't cover payouts.

danmcc did you contact the support crew and ask why they cancelled your cashout? It sounds like you may have a bonus wagering requirement that you have not completed yet.

I think that you should check with Live Support.
You need to finish the account verification before withdrawing your winnings.

I played one time and the slots were so tight that I uninstalled.

Sometimes casinos will put the money back in the account to tempt you to keep playing. Definitely don't touch it and get a hold of chat/live support. You probably do have to verify your account if you haven't already done so Good luck!

All RTG casinos are at very bad odds these days.

Oh easier said than done! I have had such situations and mostly I have played and lost my winnings while waiting for verification.

Follow up, I did live chat and they indicated that I need to go through some hoops for verification

Copy drivers license
Front and back of credit card etc.

So I have an issue with all this

First, none of that was required to accept my money

Second, if I give them a copy of front and back with my drivers license then they have carte blanc with my card or if not the casino then whoever lifts my file out of the filing cabinet

Third, when I requested the money back, I got zero notice/email/phone call, nothing. I didn’t know there was an issue until I saw the money back in my account and I online chatted support

I think it’s a crooked transaction to take my money with a simple cc transaction but refuse to refund my profited account without putting my cc info at risk.

I will give them credit where credit is due, the blackjack tables were fair. If you played by the book, you can make money

I think casino max offering fake bonusess, cause if someone clearing the wagering they are make some difficulty to process withdrawal. My friend be frustated to clearing verifying the document. Until then my friend losting him balance. 60x wagering is so big in casino, and if we can clearing the wagering we will get some trouble. Its so lol i think so. But RTG games in here it is okay.

player from indonesia can not do deposit and withdraw via ewallet, can only be done with wire transfer, to withdraw with wire transfer minimum 200$,only that is available on the cashier

Hey, some good casinos ask you the verification documents right upon your first deposit. I think that it is better.

I did not play in Casino Max yet. But, they are the same people who used to own Club World before, so it won't take long.

danmcc, this is a normal procedure that almost every casino carries out. Some players prefer to get verified before depositing and will do it voluntarily but the casinos don't require it as I guess they figure it might turn some people off who want to play in a hurry.

When you send your docs, there are a few things I do to reduce the likelihood of them being useful for bad guys:

1. Take a photo of your cards from above on a 45 degree angle so they don't look perfectly rectangular. This makes them harder to reproduce. Some casinos may even ask for a photo of you holding the card to show the photo matches. This is actually better in terms of being harder to copy.
2. Block out the first 12 digits on your credit card (i.e. only last four digits visible) and the CVV number on the back.
3. Make sure they are readable but don't send them in ultra high resolution. i.e. scale them down to half or a quarter of what you phone or camera saves.

If you don't like sending credit card numbers or photos of credit cards around, consider using Bitcoin instead.

some things that are very important to me when playing with some RTG casinos are having an account verified by their casino, because it becomes something that is important to us when we undergo a deposit or withdrawal process, I am sure when we have a verified account it will has no problem in terms of payment, and I think all casinos have different policies about account verification, my advice when you want to verify your account is to provide all the official documents you have, if you do not have what they need you better negotiate with them in a good and polite way, I'm sure they'll consider it fairly, because I've done that in some RTG casinos and I've done it,

Why would they accept Bitcoin as a deposit but not on withdrawals?

Thanks you for your information in verified document, in indonesia credit card is not famous thing. Credit card just offering for rich people, so in here have any structure social life. In poor country lije us the document to veryfied account is something hard thing. Not like in UK, USA or anymore, in ASIA visa and credit card always offering for rich people.

I've wondered this myself as there are quite a few casinos that are doing it nowadays. The ones that only take BTC deposits will always convert your deposit into USD or Euros before you can play. So I guess their payment processors just aren't equipped to send back out via bitcoin.

I am looking at these issues from more skeptical perspective, which you might have too.

Bitcoin is still in the rising phase, even thought there have been sharp downs (like yesterday(?) ).
Casino deposit must be the easiest way to collect BTC, because there must be less withdrawal than deposits, surely 🙂, and much part of withdrawals could be compensated by the rise in BitCoin Value.

The unlikely worst scenario is that these BTC deposit only casinos start to force BTC withdrawal for regular currency deposits, in the future when BTC value just keep going down 🙂

Hahah I like your thinking! You could be right, but they would still need to convert some of it just to pay the bills, as well as the withdrawals that they do have. A lot of businesses that use Bitcoin for payments just use an intermediary that converts to USD or Euros immediately and the business only receives fiat money. So it could be just that, though it still makes me wonder why they don't do withdrawals the same way.
