Something smells fishy in BoVegas Casino (RTG)

15 replies • Last post

Hey guys,

The other day, I found a new RTG casino - BoVegas Casino.

Browsing their T&Cs, I found the link for faxback download.
When the document opened, it looked quite familiar to me...

Any of you feel the same with me, like you filled in this form before... ? 🙂

And then, a few days later, some dirty memory struck me...
So, I started searching from my old files regarding account verification.

Then, I found these two faxback forms which are identical with the form above, except the email address and fax numbers...

Are you familiar with the casino names - Slots Jungle and Begado .

I think that the bad guys are back with BoVegas... 😠

Very interesting find coolsongss and it rings a bell in my memory. Its right there in the dumb name for the casino. Those crooks were well known for their stupidly named casinos and I guess whoever is running this one is angling to catch people who may have heard of Bovada before.

And look at these terms, the old "player class" BS that those casinos used to use to drip feed players with $250 a month withdrawals and the "30 day inactivity" clause used to prevent people from withdrawing at all.

Quote:

8.1.5. If player’s account remains inactive (i.e. no bets placed, no deposit made, etc.) for 30 or more days’ period, we reserve the right to deny any pending withdrawals in place. Following 30 days of uninterrupted inactivity, you will be reminded of the above stated. The short email will be sent to email address provided within your personal cabinet.

...

8.2.3. Casino reserves the right to send the winnings in installments. Player class influences installment amount as well as time frames of processing a withdrawal request. Player class is mainly determined by depositing/gaming activity of the player.

Anyway like I said it rung a bell so I looked through some old notes I have and it seems that yes this casino is associated with at least one guy who used to work for the Affactive criminals who were arrested and shut down. So your instincts are very much on the money. I'll have to add it to our blacklist page.

I googled a bit and looked at my notes and found the following connections between these and the crooked Netad Management group casinos:

  • T&Cs are remarkably similar. They use the same undefined "player class" BS excuse to manipulate the amount they will pay players in instalments.
  • They have the "30 day rule" which prevents anyone from withdrawing if they have not played or deposited in the past 30 days.
  • And yes, I found players complaining that they had been shafted by "player class" to only get $150 a month on four figure withdrawals, then doubly shafted when the casino invoked the "30 day rule" to stop paying the rest.
  • A guy named Eric Corbey who was recently working for the affiliate program used to work in the same job for the criminals. He has supposedly been recently fired after they were called out publicly about this.
  • All appear to be completely unlicensed casinos though associated with a Curacao company Blue Media N.V.

It seems pretty clear to me that while they may or may not be owned by the same crooks or people associated with them, they have certainly been set up to run under the same modus operandi, no doubt with substantial input from the ex-staff of the criminal enterprise.

So that is done. All AffAlliance group casinos are now blacklisted. At the moment that covers the following casinos:

  • BoVegas (I still can't get over what a stupid name this is)
  • Eclipse Casino
  • Golden Lion Casino
  • Supernova Casino

Ah, NetAD !!! Yeah, now I remember the name.
Player Class, 30 Day rule and so on, it must be associated with them.

Other new players should be able to avoid them.

I think that somebody should have nailed down on their coffins 🧛

Moneymakinmatt21 in future please start a new thread in the help section of our forum instead of posting on an unrelated one. It makes things easier to manage and for people to find later. Thanks.

I've created a new thread with your post here:

I just noticed this post and truly, you have a very good eye there. It also reminded me a bit of Club World verification, but it was a bit different than this one.

Hi, blck,

Club World form was quite different as I remember. There were the check box of the affiliate casinos where you have the accounts for a kind of one-time verification.

I wouldn't play at BoVegas Casino at all. Several months ago, I hit a random jackpot of more than 8,000usd (still have several screenshots on that stored in my desktop). Anyway, they refused to pay me 2,000usd per payout requested (as stated on their site) and their explanation was that I have not reached certain VIP status. So for my first payout request of 2,000usd, they sent me 240usd, how absurd?! After that they also sent me a reminder email as follow: "Dear Player, Thank you for playing with BoVegas! Let me remind you that you have playable balance of $7,000 on your account waiting for you to win! Also have a look at our bonuses of this month!, etc." How ridiculous is that?! I wanted to withdraw 8,000usd, you paid me only 240usd, and reminded me to blow my winnings away! (I did blow most of my winnings away and didn’t care about it because I was on a winning streak and was also cashing out at several other online RTG and non-RTG casinos.) Anyway, to make a long story short I will never play at this casino ever again, even if they change their name later on. Their model of business is totally UNATTRACTIVE! They are out to punish their players! If you lose, you are their friends, if you win, you become their enemies right away! (They earned 2 stars out of 10 from me!) In contrast, I was NOT at all a regular player at Slotocash and every time I deposited there, it was like 35usd or less. I don't think I have deposited enough at Slotocash to earn any rank or VIP status, but you know what, I one time hit a random jackpot of 7,100usd (again, I have all screenshots of my winnings if anyone is interested) and they paid me every single dollar through 3 separate installments within 5 weeks! Now that's real business. You take money from your players right away, so when they win, you should pay them fast! It's only fair, right? This is what I want to say to BoVegas Casino: "Get real, it's a competitive world, especially for online gambling, be honest and stop torturing your players, they are your supporters, not your enemies, so always treat them fairly, not only when they lose their money to you!" Again, I will never play at BoVegas Casino again and would suggest to other players not to start.

It seems very Terrible, I thought to try my luck at BoVegas, Ihaving had an account with them and received a 400% welcome bonus offer on email. Before reading this post I think they a good casino because I found a pretty high rating on other Casino guides, I did not expect to get that far. thanks for the information, it is very protecting us

nmaddp, thanks for sharing your experience. Sadly it just confirms everything we suspected about them in the first place.

One thing I cannot understand is that whenever I type 'bovegas casino reviews' (Google) I still see that most sites rank BoVegas Casino from 3 to 5 stars (out of 5), isn't it kind of misleading (especially for new players)? It could be that they settled most of the small payout requests. The most recent 'big winnings' that BoVegas refused to pay, again for absurd reasons, is at 30,000 usd! (I saw it on the Askgamblers site.)

Hi, nmaddp, I am sorry to hear your trouble with BoVegas.
If you saw this post in CasinoListings before playing with your money, it could save your money, time and energy.

Anyway, here is a extensive rogue casino list, you can check before you even register in any suspicious casinos.

Better luck on Merry Christmas for you 👍

Hi, I am going through this now with them,,I won first 1600 ,then 500, then 1100 They paid me in full 3 times.no problems until.last week i won 2,000.Now the fun starts....They punished me for winning by lowering my player class from VIp to 🤷 lower than anyone else who goes to their website and plays with the advertised bonuses/ I wasn;t allowed to use those bonuses anymore. They sent me a new bonus list which lowers the percentage of the bonuses but raises the players deposit amounts which it turn would make it harder for anyone to win again, Meanwhile you keep depositing and if they feel like it they will send you a small payment of your past winnings. ... I couldn't lower myself for that so i played my winnings down to zero account balance but they still keep bothering me and refuse to close my account...They punish there players for winning.
