STAY AWAY from Spartan Slots - Scam

33 replies • Last post

Warning-- Do not play on Spartan Slots --

They are bad people and do not pay.. They lie and take any amount of money
and take over 2 weeks to pay a max of $500 per 2 weeks after playing over $100,000
This VIP Level they state they have is total Bull$hit!!
They do not reply to any emails or can explain how to get a VIP level (for larger withdrawals) only
to email the vip manager who has not replied to ONE email in over 2 weeks.
They only say on the live chat its based on Activity.. Well if $1,000's of deposits and playing over $100k
isn't a higher VIP level than the 1st Bronze level they are full of $hit.
Stay away - they are scum trust me.

Yes, sadly Spartan Slots is a pretty poor casino. I'm sorry to hear that they aren't treating you very well, especially if you've wagered that kind of money there. I'd recommend you check out one of the better US friendly casinos out there like Bovada or Aladdin's Gold... I've played both those sites and never had anything other than a first class gaming experience.

Thanks for that Meangirl22, thanks for warning us, it's amazing how some of these poor casinos can cheat and scam players for years without any consequences for them, where's the net gambling police for good sake?! There's should be one if you ask me, players really should research before depositing or they could fall to some of these...scum/scam sites.

Yeah its a TopGame / PragmaticPlay casino which are mostly horrible. We have recommended for years that people avoid all their casinos. Spartan Slots one saving grace however is that it is run by the Deckmedia organisation which is known to run a bunch of other decent casinos such as SlotoCash and related casinos.

For this reason I am confident that I could help you out if you let me Meangirl22, as I have contacted the management there on past occasions and they have always been responsive. But it is now clear to me that you are more interested in slagging them off on the internet than actually getting paid, which is frankly bizarre. Normally people are happy for some assistance in getting paid and then they decide whether to go nuclear after they have the money in their hands.

For everyone else here, over the past week I have repeatedly offered Meangirl22 my assistance via private message. She either refuses every time or outright ignores my requests for a simple email address or casino account number so I can pass it on to the casino's management for them to look into it. She instead responds with insults about the casino and its operators and descriptions of how she or sometimes "we" are going to take them down etc.

I just don't get it. I get the anger about being slow paid, but yours is the weirdest attitude to an offer of help that I have ever seen in a decade of working on this site.

No that is not true that I was asking for "all your login info". I made it quite clear that I was not asking for anything other than an email address or account number. No name, no password, nothing else. This is what I asked for, quoting myself here from our conversation:

Quote:

You'll need to let me know your account email or ID at the casino (but not your password).

Quote:

If you change your mind, all you need to tell me is the email address you use there and I pass it on the to manager so they know which account to look into. I don't see any other personal info.

As I explained I need this so I can email the management and ask them to look into a specific issues with whatever player that is having problems being paid. And I'd say the player's email address or account number is XYZ and then they know exactly who to look for and don't waste their time. I never find anything else out about you other than what you tell me, and frankly I don't want to know more.

You're the first person in 10 years that has refused to provide this info and we have helped hundreds get paid in that time. Like I said I can't do anything if you don't want our help or think I'm lying about why I need the info I asked for. I can guarantee that if that I ask the management what is going on, their response will be to ask what is the player's email or account number. I know because I have done this many times before and often the problem is unique to the individual and their method of payment or receiving bank. So until you change your mind I am afraid that there is nothing that we can do other than publish your warnings to others.

In my experience publicly insulting and threatening a casino rarely helps speeds things up in these cases. Sometimes it can result in the casino deciding to refund your recent deposits and ban your account instead. Most US-friendly casinos are set up in unaccountable jurisdictions using shelf companies that make it extremely difficult to work out who really owns them. You're ultimately at the mercy of the casino deciding to pay you either of their own will or by pressure from mediators such as ourselves. So my advice is that if you want to take this on yourself, the way you're going currently is unlikely to bring you the results you are looking for. That's not a judgement call on whether it is right or wrong, just a reflection of reality learned from experience. I really do wish you the best of luck.

Unreal - No help and they will not reply to any emails.
Again players do not play on Spartan Slots site.. They LIE!
If you had won $40k and want to cash out - they only will allow $500 per 12-15 days
Thats almost 2 years. But they take whatever amount players deposit.
Scum Bags!

So I keep playing with the $40k thinking my average Bet, time played and the amount would for sure make my VIP Level go up a lot.
Just like at any Casino would rate you... Average Bet ($5 vs $150) Time Played, Total Amount Played.
But these A-holes state that do not have a record of that which is BS each spin has a number. Trust me they have everything and do not want to show or tell.

Meangirl22, I am not sure what the point is behind these continuing and similar postings. We got it. Spartan Slots are not a good casino and everyone should stay away.

Everytime you post something, I along with fellow members get an email about a new post on the site. And everytime I log in to read the new post, I discover this is the same or similar post that I have read before.

I agree with newflorida.

Meangirl22, we get that you're pissed, and believe us, it sucks. We've all heard too many stories about people getting the runaround from bad casinos, but when you keep slagging them, it's not going to do anything to help the situation get pushed along. I assume you gave your info to Ed, and if you did I guarantee he is doing everything he can to help you out.

My advice would be to not keep running their name through the mud. Right now they're holding that money (wrongly), and you don't want to do too much to risk it being gone. Trust me, I've had to use CL to get money from a casino before too. The tactic is to lay your complaint down, let people like Ed have your info, and see if you can get that money faster. Once its all where it belongs (your bank account), then you should slam them as hard as possible! Smile

HI
CL-ED: could you possibly try and help me out with payout issues from Spartan Slots? Unfortunately, I was dumb enough to not look into the casino first (I'm new to online gambling etc) and they keep screwing me around....
My payout is small compared to all the others I've read about too... About $800+CAD. I've given them all the requested documents (twice) and now they pretty much say my ticket has been solved and ignore me..... I also had money taken out of my bank account from PAYSERV.COM which Spartan Slots is a part of, without my authorization. I have documents to prove I never authorized it, and all they said was "it wasn't us". Literally, that's all they replied back. Lol....
This is a disaster. I could really use some advice or a helping hand, if possible? Thanks.

Someone took money OUT of your bank account without your authorisation? What the?!? I did not even know that was possible unless they had already paid you some money in error and they are reversing the payment. I had that happen a few months ago and my bank notified me and asked me to approve it.

I don't know off the top of my head whether payserv.com is associated with this casino or TopGame / PragmaticPlay (the casino's software provider) or not. I'll send you a private message as these things are better dealt with in private and we'll see if we can get to the bottom of this.

I never heard back from Heatherg85 on this one so I'm afraid I can't help shed any light on what happened in the end.

However in the interests of transparency spartancasinorep, I think that based on the email address of your account here, it would be more accurate to describe you as a PR rep for Engage Entertainment, a company associated with the running of all Pragmatic Play (formerly TopGame) casinos, rather than the supposed operator of Spartan Slots casino itself, Deckmedia NV. Is that accurate?

To me this further confirms the impression I have that regardless of the operator that claims to be in charge of each of their casinos, you're effectively playing at the same joint no matter which one you choose. And that is not a good thing at all.
