Hi Ashley, I moved your question to a new thread as it wasn't relevant to the one you posted it in originally.

I have never heard of this casino. And that is no surprise because their website shows up on the Internet Archive as a parked domain only 20 days ago. In other words this is a brand new casino that basically no-one has heard of before.

May I ask where you heard of it? If they sent you an email then you have been spammed and you should not reward their spamming by depositing money at their casino.

Anyway from what I can tell after looking at their website and T&Cs:

- Run by a company called Celicorp Limited. Never heard of it before.
- Curacao-eGaming licensed, which is practically worthless.
- Website says "2948 players online". This is complete BS as the website isn't more than 2 weeks old.
- 72 hour wait before withdrawals are even processed.
- Sliding scale of withdrawal limits starting at only €1000 per week. This scale is identical to a bunch of rogue casinos I was looking at last week.

Actually, forget about it. That last clause prompted me to look more closely at the games and website and I discovered that it is a Pragmatic Play (formerly known as TopGame) casino. Run far away.

Oh CL-Ed makes a great point. I had never heard about them but having Pragmatic Play games you should be very careful.

Sorry Macca that is standard OP for most TopGame / Pragmatic Play casinos.

I've had a quick look for information for you that would reveal where they are located but I can't find anything. Their domain names are privacy protected and the only info on their website is the support email address [email protected]. Their SSL security certificate in the name of their operator Celicorp Limited suggests that the business is registered in Tortola which is in the British Virgin Islands. This is most likely a shelf corporation used for tax evasion and privacy reasons so it is no real help.

Pragmatic Play is an Israeli controlled company and a lot of their licensees are run by people there so it is a strong possibility but there is no way to tell in this case without getting creative. You could go onto live chat and ask them or ask them to call you on the phone and see the caller ID but neither is going to be a definitive answer as customer support could be outsourced by PragmaticPlay.

All this sort of stuff are big warning signs that the casino may not be on the up and up, so bear that in mind next time you choose a casino. There are a lot of bad ones out there.

Thanks mate I've ran into 2 bad casinos in a row while I was waiting to see if go wild casino would come good and pay my withdrawal some of there rules don't make sense like while you have a pending withdrawal your not entitled to receive any of there offers (bonuses). So I didn't play there but to there credit they paid my $1500 in 4-5 days so I recommend them definitely
But diamond reels and 7 reels there games to often changed the speed of the slots once u had 2 scatters so you wouldn't get the 3rd and made sure you very rarely get any free games ..Tangiers well they just outright took my 200 give me $1200 as s big sign on offer let me play for $100 then the dogs closed my account and were uncontactable.. This happened 4 days ago and i just can't get into there site.. Then I tried Mr green and on depositing there promo said deposit $100 and we'll give u $200 to play with a 100% bonus match. Now I only deposited 100 but when I checked my bank they took 148 and when I complained they said it said euros. After being burnt so often I screenshot everything i do as evidence and I hit the promo where it's clearly a Aust dollar and sent shots of deposit and then my bank I asked if there ruled by ecogra and they said no but I started to look into it and they are so I wrote a letter with all my screenshots and proff and now I just have to wait on ecogra. So even thou there not governed by some bogus casino in Baghdad they still can be very shifty.. I'm playing at djrueck glrueck are they a honest casino have you got any bad stories about them and are ecogra s fsir governing body and could I complain to them about thagiers and the other pieces of shit casinos who have blatantly Rob me or would that be a waste of time on the night there chstbhosts ssid there gunna refund me but now I'm blocked .. Thanks for taking the time to read this I look forward to your reply

I think Mr Green are really good, so I am surprised to hear that you've had problems with them. Usually when you sign up to multi-currency casino you get to pick whatever currency you want your account to be. Then after that everything you do at the casino is in that currency. So maybe your account got set up as Euros by mistake?

Tangiers is a joke stay away, don't waist your time or money because they are scammers. I won $20,000, after wagering hundreds of thousands of dollars they finally told me I was able to put it n a withdrawal request, they paid me $500 and put the rest back into my casino account to play. They stated that after pushing that much money, I was still only classified as a bronze VIP member, which only allows a withdrawal of UP TOO $1000 a week. But I was still only eligible for a $500 part of that Max $1000 withdraw limit for bronze VIP level. When I asked how the VIP status is calculated they said it gets reviewed by back end departments regularly and that they can't give me a clear system on how points are accumulated or how I can keep track of where I'm at in my progress to the next level of their VIP status, nor could they tell me how this is calculated, nor could they tell me how I can keep track, all hey could tell me is that I needed to deposit more, play more and wager more, but without any clear outlines or ways of keeping track of my progress. They are a joke and now after weeks and weeks of waiting and back and forth emails and live chats, they have blocked me so I can't even access my account, which still has my $20,000 win as a pending withdrawal. I could go on and on about how dodgy they are, but bottom line, they are not to be trusted, run far far away.

Sorry to hear that JadeyBoy. That is a classic TopGame scam. When they talk "VIP levels" without any definition of how to advance up the ladder, what they are really saying is that it all depends on how much you deposit and lose. If they see you depositing say $10k and losing it all then they might be prepared to pay you a little more if they think they will get it back later. But if you're smart and win a lot and withdraw without losing big first they are going to make it as long and as painful as possible for you to get your money. And often times they will do what they have done to you and just cut you off and refuse to pay because they are crooks.

I have done a little more research on the company Celicorp Ltd which runs Tangiers Casino.

At some stage in the past another crappy casino that we have reviewed known as Mission2Game had the same company name on its website. However it no longer does so while I can't be sure that the same people are running both casinos now, it is a strong possibility.

Another new casino I found with the Celicorp name on it is Bic Casino ("best in class" apparently, not a cheap biro pen). It is another PragmaticPlay skin/clone and I would recommend that everyone stays away from it as well. I am adding these to our blacklist page now.

Info on Celicorp Ltd here

Apparently it is registered in the British Virgin Islands, controlled by a Costa Rican stooge, with an address in the UK. It is supposedly dormant and does not trade or make any money at all. It is a classic nominee owned company used to hide the real ownership of the casino.

I just checked the casino, and yeah, it doesn't look good. But, I think that the slot itself is Ok.

Look around for a good casino with the games.

It seems to me they just now creating these rules about VIP status so probably that's why the couldn't inform the guy how the points should be calculated, too complicated of a system 😉

I have had nothing but troubles since trying to withdraw from this dodgy site... here's how it goes,

2 weeks ago out $60 and got a nice bonus, lost it pretty quick, didn't play for another week and when I did I out $60 and lost it, that night put another $60 and ended up playing the required amount and turned that $60 into $300...

So they asked for documents, sent it all in that they asked and when it got reviewed they wanted different documents with more information, soon resent the documents in they wanted and this still wasn't good enough, ended up after a week of harrassing them finally getting them to unlock my account so I can withdraw.... So upon withdrawing my only option was skrill, netella and wire transfer, upon doing my research on skrill and netella and seen so many negative reviews I decided to withdraw by wire transfer, we'll then they tell me it's a minimum of $500 and to play more to win, so I thought screw them I'll deposit another $200 to make the $500 then withdraw, so I ended up getting all the details for wire transfer and filled it in and made the withdrawal... 2 days later I asked them how it was going, they said it was pending still, I asked how long does it take and they said 12 days yet on there banking page for wire transfer it says upto 5 days, today marks the 6th day and I login to check process, GUESS WHAT? Money is back in my account... so I get on chat to talk with them and the guy responds, "Have you handed in all your documents"? WTF!!!!, these guys are doing everything and anything to keep my money.... i have over $500 sitting in there that I cannot withdraw, I have taken screen shots of everything incase they randomly close my account, customer service is crappie they speak very unprofessional... Anything I can do?

I really hope that doesn't come back to bite you. 1. because you just gave them another $200 and 2. they may use it as an excuse not to pay you because you didn't "win" the whole $500.

I've seen it happen before with rogue casinos like this.

Neteller and Skrill have become a gigantic pain in the arse over the past year or so, in addition to raising all their fees to ridiculous new levels. They used to be quite good. However if you just want to use them to move money back to your bank account they are ok if you have no other option.

I made a netella account and am trying to withdraw to that, I think the fee will be $35 total to withdraw... i went and talked to them again to try and get a explanation on why the withdrawal didnt go through, and I got generic stupid answers, first was,

You have not completed your play through requirement, then - have you sent in your documents - then you need the correct details for wire transfer...

I doubt he even looked at my account because I have done everyone of those things... I hope Netella works I am done with this company..

Quite right Ed, really ridiculous fees, the latest I read is 7.5% fee for withdrawing to your Visa card and not allowing bank transfer withdrawing in $ 😲

Hello can anyone help me please, I have tried to withdraw twice, first being bank wire/transfer, waited 5 days to get approved then the money went back into my casino account, talked to them and had no explanation what so ever, then I opened a neteller account, withdrawn that way and wait 6 days, now money is back in my casino account? They keep saying the same shit, I have not wagered enough, wrong bank details, did I send all documents in?

Please anyone? I need this $500, guess what their explanation is this time why the withdrawl didn't go ahead, Missing Neteller ID, like are they seriously retarded to think I wouldn't of filled that spot in, considering you can't even progress to withdraw if all the blanks fields are filled in, WTF.....

Sorry mate they are a rogue casino, as are almost all casinos that run on the same Pragmatic Play (aka TopGame) platform. What they are doing to you is quite deliberate. Their idea is that you will become so frustrated that you either give up and leave the money there or play some more and lose it all.

I wish I could give you help or advice that would force them to pay you but the reality is that I can't. No-one can. These guys are set up in tinpot unregulated jurisdictions using shelf companies with fake names or nominees, so you have no idea who is running them and no way to sue them. The best you can do is keep submitting your withdrawal again and publicise what is going on here and elsewhere so that others don't get caught.

How did you deposit there? Did you use a credit card? If so start thinking about whether you want to file a chargeback with your credit card company to get your deposits refunded. This can have consequences though in that your name may be circulated to other casinos who will refuse to let you play at their sites due to previous use of chargebacks.

Thank you for the reply CL, Yes I used a credit card and will try talking to my bank account in reversing the deposits, at the moment they said I need to email them the neteller ID before being able to withdraw, I have done this request and withdrawn again so let's see what happens, I doubt it's going to work.

I noticed that Jadey from above got paid $500 out of $20,000... so they must be paying money at times?

Yes even rogue casinos do pay out sometimes, usually to players they feel they can string along into making more deposits or people who have lost a lot to them in the past. If you're a winning player or they think there's no chance they will get anything out of you in the future then they are far less likely to pay you.

Bear in mind reversing the credit card charges is the nuclear option. If you do that there is absolutely no chance they will pay you and as I said it can get you blacklisted at other casinos (so I would wait and see if they come through with this final withdrawal attempt first). Casinos hate chargebacks because it costs them money and the credit card companies investigate them which can be a big problem for them if they are miscoding transactions to get around payment blocks put in place by some governments. If you even mention or threaten to do one the casino will close your account immediately. That said you are well within your rights to do so if they are playing games and not paying you.

Thanks, fingers crossed that my nagging actually works eventually... technically I have only won like $120, the rest is my deposits.

I can't believe people have the hid to actually do this to people, it makes me sick that scum out there would steal like this...

I always find it funny that good casinos would use a chargeback against a rogue casino against you. Sure, there are a lot of people with sour grapes, but legit casinos have to know that these bad sites hurt their names as a whole, as it makes people not trust that the industry is legit.

I've always heard about the blacklist for players who use a chargeback, but I think there should be a consortium of good sites that would work to not blacklist players who chargeback when they're scammed.

Have to agree with you, many people are afraid of depositing in online casinos cause they're not sure they'll get paid.
