I don't know if you clicked the link to their review after posting - i.e.: Tropica Casino - but as it explains there I'm not very confident that they will actually pay you.
Tropica used to be a decent casino but unfortunately in August they were sold and acquired by one of the internet's worst rogue operators. The new owners are Israelis but run a Curacao shelf company that is currently called Cyberrock Entertainment N.V. (they change the company they use every year or so though) and they have a long history of ripping people off, starting from when they used to run a bunch of TopGame casinos that included the well known rogue Rome Casino.
The casinos run by this operator are basically an organised front for ripping people off. There really isn't anything you can do to compel them to pay. All I can suggest is to keep asking them nicely and cross your fingers. Whatever you do, don't play there ever again.
Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

Unfortunately I have to agree with CL-Ed. Tropica is a rogue casino and although I don't think you will get your money- still keep being persistant and maybe you'll have some luck.
Say goodbye to you money because it's useless to wait. They been a good casino in the past but since they were acquired they begin to deteriorate. They are now even included on a list of to be avoided casino since they have bad reviews.
