My Converstation Today with Jackpot Capital about Delayed Payment

14 replies • Last post

You are now chatting with 'Nerisa'
Nerisa: Welcome to our live chat service. My name is Nerisa; how may I assist you today?
Me: Whatever happened to Jackpot Capital? They used to be a top casino paying promptly. Now it's been a week since I made a payment request, they have yet to act on it. Can you tell me when they will issue the check that I have requested?
Nerisa: Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Nerisa: Your feed back is most important.
Me: k
Nerisa: However, your request via check is still pending.
Nerisa: There is a delay with processing via that method.
Me: When will they issue the check? They no longer have a debit card method.
Nerisa: I'm sorry for the delay. I'll be right with you.
Nerisa: I am unable to advise as to when.
Nerisa: There is a delay.
Nerisa: We ask for your continues patience.
Nerisa: You are welcome to request the funds via bankwire or via bitcoin.
Me: No thanks. The last time Jackpot Capital sent check by wire to me, it took almost three weeks and cost me tons of fees. Too bad, you can't tell me when the check will be issued. Bye for now.

Although this isn't a great conversation, it somehow doesn't surprise me as I have heard some complaints about Jackpot Capital before. Hope you'll get your money soon.

I am really disappointed in them. They have been good at paying on time for years. But it seems that now all of these casinos are having problems or have changed. The fact that she could not tell me when I will get paid was odd.

I absolutely get that. Unfortunately I have similar experiences with other RTG casinos. Of course not all of them are bad but it has led me to stay away from sites I can't get regular, fast payments.

I envy you blck. Unfortunately for American players, we don't have as many choices as you do. Most of the casinos serving Americans are RTG casinos. I wish there were better ones for us.

And again I do get that. Although I can play Netent games, many casinos are making Latvia a restricted country. But I don't see a reason why US players need to be so restricted.

Jackpot Capital is no longer what it was, therefore no longer play there. Thanks for all, but I no longer have confidence. I'm sorry for that! 😢

What happened to them? Although their slots were a little tight, they used to be reliable when it came to paying winners. Too bad!

The last Bitcoin withdrawal I had with them was paid within 2 days (a few weeks ago now). I find that too slow for an all electronic method like Bitcoin but its still a hell of a lot faster than waiting for a cheque.

Payment processing for American players is getting harder and harder. This is pure speculation on my part but my guess is their 3rd party processor either doesn't want to issue cheques any more or they shut down which means the casino has to find a new one. This is the usual explanation for delays in physical payments to Americans. If you can deal with Bitcoin you should have less problems in future.

Hi, this issue has been solved ?

In their process, I usually got the email titled like "Payment Authorized" firstly, then they actually sent the payment later with another email "Payment Processed"...

I hope that you got the Payment Authorized email, at least by now.

Good Luck.

Since I could not get a check, I had t request money by wire transfer. The costs for the wire transfer were close to than $150.

Do you mind if i ask why you didn't accept the bitcoin withdrawal offer?
$150 for a wire is outrageous, To avoid those kind of fee's I would have been happy to explain how bitcoin works if that is the issue.

The reason it was nearly $150 was because Jackpot Capital charged me $60 for processing. The bank that they use charged me and my bank charged me. As for bitcoin, I have a faint idea of the concept. I did not research it further because I read an article last year about a big hack at the major bitcoin marketplace and feared that transactions were not sufficiently secure.

Things may have settled since then. For me to use it, I would like to know that it is fluid and easy to exchange. If you can help us understand bitcoin more, I would appreciate it.

Bitcoin is easy to move around, That why it is targeted by hackers and scam artist, But if you can increase your security or your security is already at a good standard you shouldn't have any issues using Bitcoin.
Some examples of a good level of security are: Enabling two factor authentication(something I have only recently started using), Using a password manager like lastpass or keepass and using complex passwords that involve more than just numbers and letters, Something that is easy to do once you have a password manager, The two I mentioned are open source, which means everyone can see how it's made and verify it's safe to use and trust.

Converting bitcoin to cash can be done many ways, One related to gambling I use a lot is Neteller accepts deposits with Bitcoin for a 1% fee.

I would recommend bitcoin as a safe and cheap way to move money, There are options to make bitcoin extremely(overkill IMO) safe by purchasing a Trezor (99USD)

The best thing to do to get start is open a wallet and play with a small amount of money, there are bitcoin exclusive casino's. I can recommend a few ( maybe in private, not sure forum rules)

I can answer more detailed if you are still interested. It's a bit of a learning curve, but well worth it.

Wow, that is too much fee...
I hope that your winnings would get huge so that the high processing fee would be calculated as 1% 🙂
