So ANGRY with MIAMI CLUB!

I am so angry and disappointed with Miami Club, CL-Friends!

This has been my new VERY favorite casino, so this news is doubly disappointing. I had decided that for the new year, I would play at Miami Club and one RTG casino (for the most part) exclusively, just because I wanted to see what happened if I decided to be a loyal player at just a few casinos and in the name of consistency.

I have been able to request a few withdrawals at Miami Club, which rarely happened at my old favorite, Win A Day casino. I would choose "Pay My Card," and there is a minimum of 150 dollars plus a fee. With my very first win, I had to send in my documents, of course, and they said it would take around five business days once the documents cleared. They told me, after that, the withdrawals would not take as long, but they all ended up taking around five business days, which I thought was deceiving and too long. Still, if I did not need the money right away, I would just figure I could wait five days

Looking back, I should have asked for a check, but paymycard is just so easy and i just got into the habit of going with that method.

So.....I won a very minimal amount the week of April 11th. I fully expected the amount to be in my account by April 18th or 19th and this time I DID need it to post. By April 20 I figured there had to be a problem, so I opened Chat.

This person checked my account, came back and said it would be in my account sometime between April 18th and MAY FIFTH!!! I was shocked! I asked what was happening and they said they recently changed their guidelines. Well, let me tell you CL-Friends this was WITHOUT WARNING! I searched my emails and there is ZERO notification in my email.

I am so angry that I am tempted to stop playing, but I just like the games so much! I certainly will not put another penny in until I receive my withdrawal.

How can casinos do this to people without a notice or warning? Are we supposed to read the entire terms and conditions every single day?

I am very upset! 😢

Oh, wow, that's interesting. Also, some of these casinos already have a longer wait time in comparison to those for non=U.S. players, so when we run into problems with that we are talking ridiculous wait times.
Again, I think giving players a little warning would have been the right thing to do.

Some of the casinos on the link you provided sound like slow payers, too. I guess if we want instant pay, here in the U.S., we will have to go to the land casino.

This is the first time I have read an complaint against Miami Club. I just think this is an isolated case of delay payment to you. True that it took you too long to have your money credited in your account but still they are willing to coordinate with you and try to fix the issue which is still good compare to others that they wont even care.

It is interesting that you say that because the online casinos that operate in New Jersey allow you to walk into their land casinos and go to the cashier's cage and withdraw your online money on the spot. Who knows, maybe sometime down the track it will be like that everywhere.

This is depressing thinking that playing in that casino are fun and challenging.

I'm really glad I went to read forum post before trying things myself this forum is so helpful.

Ever since then I have not won one penny from them and I cannot get one slot machine to hit anything - even my old favorites. Very depressing. Pretty much done there now.

I have similar experiences with casinos where I have won, then had some issues and never won anything again. I wouldn't bother depositing there again, maybe try some new places.

I don't think you can make a deposit at Miami club casino if you have a pending withdraw. I just made a check withdraw request for 1500.00 like 10 days ago from Miami Club. I received the check via Fedex (signature required to receive) with 3 days. I took the check and made the deposit at my bank (Wells Fargo) and the check cleared and funds posted to my account 2 days later. So initially from the time I requested the withdraw I had cash in hand by the 6th day. Miami Club payouts are quick and without incident in my experience.

I can't be too angry with them now. They do not have PayMyCard anymore, but I just won $300.00 and this time I requested a check which came in a timely manner. 🙂

Have to report GOOD news, too! 🙂

Yes, when I as a non-USA player read the times for withdrawals here, I can't even grasp that. Ok i know there is not much choice for US players, but some I know are surely faster in paying out. Hope that MiamiClub, where I already played myself (but never won), gets their act together and doesnt stall winnings.

You Know I am also very angry with Miami Club (also one of my favorites) I usually don't dump a lot of money into online gambling not because I don't want to but because I cant afford it. A couple times a month I would make small deposits with Miami Club but hadn't made a deposit in awhile. I received a birthday bonus for $30. There were the standard play-through obligations but no restrictions on the withdrawal amount. I won a small jackpot for a couple grand and finally made a withdrawal request for $1500.00. I was very skeptical I would ever see this money especially because I won it with bonus money. I sent all necessary documents in to receive my winnings.

Surprisingly about a week later I received a Canadian check for the $1500.00. Still skeptical because I know it can sometimes be difficult to cash international checks and even when successful in doing so there's usually ridiculous wait times. Nonetheless I took the check to my bank (Wells Fargo). The teller ran the check through the system informed me there were no holds on this check and funds would be available within 48 hours. I was shocked and said to myself "sure we will see in 48 hours, bet something comes up and a hold is placed". Sure enough in 48 hour funds were indeed available in my account. The total time from my withdrawal request to having access to funds was I think like 6-9 days (would have been quicker but I had to send in certain documents to be verified)which is super fast for this kind of thing. I believe I received the check within 3 days after verification was approved. This made me a bigger fan of Miami Club.

Now since I made and received this small withdrawal from Miami Club I haven't been able win on any slot, table game, any game period. Not even free spin bonuses or games. In the past 3 months I have dumped more money into Miami Club then any other online casino that I play at (Close to $5,000.00 if not more). Doing what we do best chasing that win. I do not see myself forking over anymore money. Its unfair. I have literally watch the reels land on a win ( I mean actually stopped) then jump up or down resulting in a none win. I am not sure if or if not these games are fixed but it seems to me that it is possible that they are. How is it I have played at Miami Club for a good amount of time and always won before, eve if I never made it to the withdrawal request (by my own choice not to stop), I was always hitting bonuses or smaller jackpots but the minute I actually make a withdrawal I no longer win. Just accepts my deposit after deposit and I am left with lose after lose after lose ( I mean i would win small 3-4 credit wins and once in a while 10-50 credit win but these are just enough to keep u playing another 5 min).

After so many deposits and essentially just losing them I would get a small bonus from Miami Club as a way for them to look like their not completing ripping you off or as a sorry u just dumped and lost so much money so fast or to just keep u playing I suppose, but same thing no matter what game I play I lost that just as fast. I even tried playing at the very minimum penny bets which I hate to do. Even playing with the lowest amount allowed to bet for the given game, still money gone just as fast, where generally when playing with small bets u tend to hit more because essentially the payout is less for the casino. The bigger your bet the smaller your odds get on winning (not saying you wont win, its just harder to get a win). Very disappointing and ridiculous.

I know its not a scam but kind of feels like it. They gain enough trust by allowing a small amount of funds to be withdrawn by players then once trust is gained somehow your account is flagged or fixed so u cant win anymore but they gladly accept deposit after deposit. It has made me very skeptical about other online casino's in general which is irritating because I enjoy playing online when I can afford to. It just sucks that its so hard to know who to trust and who not to it seems like most if not all online gambling sites have one way or another to get you to give up thousands of dollars but can't just be honest and legitimate about paying out winning. I even vouched for Miami Club on this site telling others how fast and smoothly I received my winnings. I guess I should have waited before making such a strong statement about their legitimacy

The way our forum is set up is that the comments aren't nested so they always go to the end. If you want to reply to something specific, go to that comment and click on the quote button and it will insert a quote into the comment box where you can reply to it. If the quote is super long and you only want to refer to a small bit of it you can cut out the stuff you don't want to quote.

After reading these comments I am concerned with my withdraw. I requested a wire withdraw and they sent an email saying it has been processed and will show in my account in 10-15 business days. Has anyone requested a wire with them before and is this normal processing times?

Hang in there Mistee234, checks and bank payments to Americans can be slow. They are reliable and will pay you.

I received my payment on the 29th and requested the withdraw on the 23rd so not too bad for a first time withdraw.

Helloooooo! I am sorry I did not see this sooner. I have been so busy with my new job, but trying to get back to visiting more often. Miss you all!

I got hit with another bug - the joys of working in a petri dish (school, lol). I missed two days of work and could have very well stayed home another. Still not 100% but trying to push through. Also, my computer is dying - it heats up SO fast, so I hesitate to go on this thing too much. Such is life!

Interesting, because I have heard this and read this so many times, even in other forums, about Miami Club. I believe others are like this, too, but they seem to be notorious. I will never be convinced it is just the "odds." Sorry. On another topic, I have never withdrawn a thousand dollars from any casino. The most I have ever won in one place is like $800 (online casinos, that is). My deposits are further between at Miami Club and everywhere else. This also happened to me at Win A Day which I used to also really like. I quit playing there now for the longest time.

Good luck everyone! If only it were just LUCK. 🙂

I have found that being consistent on these casinos with an issue either daily or every other day has given me HUGE beneficial results. Not speaking only on Miami Casino but all of them. If you decide to inquire with them about the specific irregularities and receive an answer could you please let us know? thank you

LOL......haven't read further yet to see if you received your money but I am laughing at how you re-acted to this thread knowing you just put in to Miami Casino request for a withdrawl ...lol It would be the exact same thing I would post and IMMEDIATElY.... Whats even more ironic about reading this right now ******* I just downloaded Miami Casino to my desktop, made a 35.00 min deposit and within a hour I was over 200.00 !!!! Playing just bonus slots, but I may have a different way that I play my slots. I will only play on the games which allow me to stop the reels while they are spinning. If I don't have that option, I won't play the game. I give the game ten spins without stopping once I find the game, 9 out of 10 times those ten spins gave me nothing in return, not even a dime! But, once I start going through and stopping periodically while the reels spin, I get bonus after bonus....most of the time back to back.... and real high returns on my win. I do the same thing when I go to the casinos near my home in Michigan. It drives alot of my friends crazy because they will stand by me and say....don't stop them for once and see what happens, I just ignore them and laugh. If it sounds good and you haven't done it, try it a few times...... the buttons at Malibu Casino....lol I mean Miami Casino (I am very tired ha ha) even have on their spin buttons once you start to play it will say SPIN at first then it will change to STOP/END as it is in play. Very addicting, ask my husband lol I've been on a slot playing like that and winning almost every spin that it will be almost 10pm before we eat dinner! Just a few times now, settle down you all out there grumbling that I should go to gamblers Anonymous bc I am powerless over my gambling!!!! No worries, I have very good self discipline, I was just stressing a point about how much fun it can be. But as I am typing this out and reading it I have to say this website really helps me from spending so much time at those online casinos and I honestly can say NO DOUBT I REALLY needed a outlet. So many questions and feeling uncertain whether I should trust these people.

I can be winning all night long at a casino, stop for about 8 hours and just go on and have about a hour to play at lunch time from work and in that hour I will lose the whole 2,000.00 It makes me so angry bc I know the games are not paying out nothing like they were 10 hours earlier. This has happened on four or five different occasions and wondered if anyone else had noticed this? I stopped playing at all casinos during the day and I am doing much better.

Wow, that is really strange. Did you send an email to support? It had to be some type of error. I would really be curious to hear their explanation.

I wish there was another casino that had these types of games, because that is my downfall with Miami Club. I really do NOT like the type of games that Desert Nights has, I stopped winning at Win A Day - EVER, and Slotland has too high of minimum bets for me to deposit there, and sometimes I am in the mood for non-RTG games and my choices are limited in the U.S., as you all know.

hope, do you know that you can go in and change those bets at Slotland to a lower bet ? I thought I would jump in and tell you that and hopefully hear back that you did that and won a big jack pot!

No, I did not know that and I have played there quite a bit with free offers. I did win a bit one time on their free chip (250 or so). However, I looked, and I didn't know I could change the bets, so I will look harder next time I play there. Kind of on a hiatus here from gambling, mainly because both my computers are not great anymore lol. One gets too hot and my little notebook will not charge - need a new cord I think.

Thank you!
