I requested a payout on Feb. 25th. Contacted them on March 3rd, sent all info they requested and received a email march 4th saying everything was good and to wait for processing. "Finance" is extremely hard to get a hold of. They are rarely online for chat. I sent 3 emails, all went unanswered. I finally got in touch with them and was told "We are expecting our provider to start the processing of your withdrawal within the next few days." That was March 14th. I'm curious to hear anyone else's experience with them.

Hello, I had the same problem in one of the Mainstreet Vegas Casnos.
There are totally 5 casinos - SlotsPlus, Vegas Casino Online, Sun Palace, LasVegas USA, Old Havana.
Actually, I wrote about my withdrawal experience yesterday.
There was another post in [Help] Section, which was resolved by the help of CL-Ed.
I can understand how you feel now. But, the evidence shows that they are not a rogue casino, so don't worry too much. There should be some ways to receive your withdrawal.

Hi James, I actually read your post on the Slots Plus review page before Easter but I have been out of action with a pretty severe cold so I totally forgot to follow up with them about it. I have contact details for the management there so I can usually be of help with this group of casinos. I'll send an email their way and see if I can get more information.

Coolsongss - I read your post after I wrote this. I appreciate the detail you went into regarding your payout experience. I did research the casino before playing, so I'm sure (eventually) they'll payout. It's really frustrating that my request is one of the slow ones. Also, I requested direct payout to my bank. I didn't want to get hassled trying to deposit an out of country check.

CL-Ed, I got a voicemail from the financial dept. today. I'm sure you're e-mail had something to do with it. They said one of the payment centers they work with is down, and I need to choose another form of payment. My only other option is to have them send a check. Have you heard of anyone having trouble cashing checks from this group, specifically in the US?
These things change over time but from memory if these guys send you a check it will probably be drawn on a Canadian bank. You will have to wait for it to clear and your bank may charge a fee because its a "foreign" check. If you're ok with that it should be ok.
US citizens can use Neteller, or not ??
I don't believe so. The payout options are direct payout, or check - either by mail or courier. I thought direct to bank would be easiest.
Ok James I have a response: they state that, just like in the classics, "the check is in the mail". But there is more - the check will be drawn on a U.S. bank in USD so you shouldn't have any issues with it. The reason for the delay was they lost their ACH payment processing service. So anyone who recently requested an ACH has to be sent a check instead for the time being until they are able to arrange a new ACH processor. They said the check is not for the full amount, and a second check will be sent next week.
