Withdrawal Experience in Vegas Casino Online (Mainstreet Vegas)

11 replies • Last post

Hello,

I have made a few small deposits and 3 withdrawals until now from Vegas Casino Online (Mainstreet Vegas Casinos - totally 5 brands).

The withdrawal times were very different.

My 1st withdrawal was with no-deposit bonus and the process was quite smoothly done within a week.
But, the 2nd withdrawal took almost 3 weeks(!) and I went very close to ask CL-Ed for help with it. But, I decided to wait for it because of the previous withdrawal.
And, last week, I got my 3rd withdrawal just within a few days again.

Mainstreet Vegas Casinos are not a rogue casino at all...
How should we interpret this different processing time I don't know

As I check with them, I suppose that there are some factors for withdrawal period.

1. They said that they don't set a time frame like 1-day pending, 1-day review/approval, 1-day processing, etc.
2. There are player's classes in which there are different conditions - wagering requirement (higher - lower), match bonuses, weekly withdrawal limit, etc.
With the deposit for the 3rd withdrawal, the wagering requirement was 30 x (deposit + bonus), down from 40x, as I remember. And this classification might also affect the withdrawal time.
3. And it seems that all the withdrawal requests firstly go to Security Department, even for the players with the previous withdrawals... So, this could lead to longer period, too.

And, there are some more different points, like they don't send the approval notification email like other RTGs, but just a process notification, etc.

The reason why I write this post so long is that actually I find very good points in Mainstreet Vegas Casinos which I want to share with you and also hear your thoughts.
But, the withdrawal time makes me feel hesitated to do it Sad

The screenshots of withdrawal time are attached.
Again, with the 2nd withdrawal, I almost went crazy Smile

Hello, I got my 4th Withdrawal with the deposit bonus in 2 weeks (10 Working days), this time.
Withdrawal time is than the 2nd one. I talked with the Finance Department yesterday and heard that it would be processed within this week and have got it today.

Two weeks is quite long, but it is better anyway Smile

Thanks, it is good to see that they seem to be getting back on track with their payments after recent delays.

My small 5th withdrawal is taking over 2 weeks now. I feel that this group of casinos is not recommendable due to their withdrawal time, even though they provide the best Match Bonuses among RTG casinos.

What is the reason they provide to you for making the withdrawal take so long? If your account is verified, why should it take more than few days? Honestly I think that when you are a verified customer you should always receive winnings in a short time as depositing is so easy.

They have had issues with their payment processor over the last month or so, similar to a number of other American-facing casinos. Sadly it comes with the territory. Coolsongss, if I were you I would stick to casinos that don't serve Americans as you are likely to be paid a lot quicker.

Hi, CL-Ed, I remember that they had the payment provider down. Do you know or closely guess how the situation has to do with handing US Citizens. I got to wonder about it, as you mentioned other casinos going through the same problems...

The issues aside, those are some nice withdrawals, Coolsongs! Withdrawals are so RARE for me. I must be doing something wrong - or you are doing something right. lol

Congrats on your wins, anyway! Smile

It is all about paying U.S. citizens. Even though you're not in the USA, they seem to all use the same processing for all their customers. So the best thing for you I think is to avoid casinos that serve U.S. customers if you want the fastest payout speed.

I am posting my 5th withdrawal very late now.
It was really terrible experience taking one month full !!!

Actually, after this withdrawal, I haven't played in MainStreet Vegas Casinos.

Actually, my last withdrawal was done in an unusual way.

I went to Live Chat in Finance Department, I asked again about my withdrawal (actually, again and again..)

And the Chat agent told me that he was going to write an email to the management and I got the withdrawal in just 5~10 mins later...

How should this happening be interpreted - in a good way or a bad way I don't know
