hearts of vegas or aristocrat

14 replies • Last post

i see in the hearts of vegas online games people are having big problems with cheats getting trillions and while the person who just like to play are going to be punished because of the cheats we have made friends through groups and we could get 3000 gifts per day so because the cheats were not gifting back and are just sitting on there gifts and letting them build up for a long period of time they have decided to cut all the honest people back to 100 gifts to collect at a time so what this means if they have to long on to there comps every hour of the day so we have decided not to play in protest of the hungry greedy mongrels so we can get our gifts back the way they were so if you do play hov please protest with us to help thank you everyone .

agree 100% with Ron Gray ...
its a good game gone bad........ because of the game hacks, HOV took too long to counter, and now so many players are having coins taken off them, honest players beings stripped of there coins, some purchased, absolutely not fair, and the gifting woes, just making it not worth playing... shame too, i love aristocrat pokies...
but in protest i also am not playing....

Totally agree Ron....product madness just does as they please, their excuses are just that, most of the time they don't even respond to your emails. Between the hackers, the coin sellers, the gifting problems we had earlier this year and now this gift restriction of 100 gifts at a time the game just isn't fun any more. I don't for 1 second believe their spiel about the server not being able to handle the gifting. If that is the case why aren't the gifts you send restricted and only the ones you received. Just a ruse to get us to buy coins and unlucky for them it is going to FAIL big time as nobody in their right mind is going to spend their real money to play for fake. Better off playing monopoly

Totally agree Ron its just not on. I would also like to add that I was ripped off over 50 Billion coins by productmadness. There 1 day totally gone the next. Their Customer service rely sucks. I have sent 7 emails to support with no response. 4 out of the 7 email say resolved.....NOT....Productmadness are giving Aristocrat a BAD NAME.......................If their trying to make money make it a pay to play game not a free choice game...Very disappointed Cry

I was a very loyal player of Heart of Vegas and worked hard to build up an amazing friend base of HOV gamers with whom I exchanged HOV gifts with daily. With HOV's new gifting caps, a lot of my friends are uninstalling the HOV app & playing on other sites now. I am very frustrated...HOV started their gifts program - now they are destroying it with their caps and restrictions on the gifting program. I fully support Ron Gray's protest to stop playing HOV machines until the restrictions & caps on gifting are removed...

I totally agree with Ron Miller. There is no enjoyment any more playing Heart of Vegas. The cheaters keep on cheating and playing with trillions while the loyal members who play fair are being penalized. Having over 4,000 facebook friends that play HOV was giving me a decent amount to play with. Now, I don't see the point of playing HOV with only 100 gifts. They are just getting greedy and want people to buy coins. I will be removing the HOV app until they re-think their decision to cap the gifting.

I am with Ron 100%, who in reality has the time to log on every hour to collect gifts? I would assume it is someone that has no life, who never leaves the house. I have things to do, shopping, lawns, doctors, sleep, bathing and friends along with work. from over 1000 now maybe 500 if I don't go out. Joke HOV and Aristocrat.

Count me in. Had my other account closed and did nothing wrong. Product madness didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my emails. Time to take them down a peg or 2 I reckon

Definitely on the band wagon for this. Considering the loyalty we have shown them in the last 12 months with all the gifting problems, hackers, spammers and porn their idea of loyalty is obviously screwed up. Hope this gets them a good foot up the ginger. Devil

I am totally on board with this. These people should be made to do the right thing by their loyal supporters who play the game regularly which is what gives it it's popularity poll. Time someone made them fix things properly Vampire

Absolutely agree with all comments regarding the way HOV have been treating their loyal members. This problem started when cheaters began cheating and buying coins, not from Product Madness, but from individuals who figured out a way, even forming a Trillionaires Group. Come on, why persecute the non cheaters here. Am completely frustrated by the lack of consideration from Product Madness (Heart of Vegas) administrators to their loyal members. receiving 100 gifts at two hours at a time is madness. Who sits on their computers/ipads, etc. all day just to receive 1000 gifts. That is another thing, I have just under 4,000 friends that play HOV and used to receive thousands of gifts in a 24 hour period. Go figure.
