Do not play at Prism. I've been trying to get my withdrawal of $2000 before deductions since October 31st. First there was one problem with their documents. I'd sent all documents required over a year ago and nothing has changed for me since then. I complied and sent in new/current utility paperwork. It was one problem after another and now this has been going on for 6+ weeks. Finally I was told earlier this week that my money was on its way. I've had to constantly text, email, etc. to get them to answer me and give me any updates at all. I was eventually told Wednesday that they had finally sent my money. It must have been to another planet because now I've found out that they claim to have sent it, but I won't get it in my bank until some time next week if I get it at all. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered. It's been a back and forth thing with them since the beginning. Once I receive this $$$ if I do I will close my account and never go back to them. The aggravation and headaches because of all this just isn't worth it. They lie to you every time you ask them something so you can't trust them at all.

Hi Debbie, sorry to hear that you are getting run around by these guys. We have been recommending that people avoid Prism Casino and the rest run by the same operator for years now - in fact their group is still #1 on our blacklist. They have a very poor history and have cheated and failed to pay loads of people over the years. I believe that they are still owned by a convicted fraudster. I really hope that you get your money, and if you do, please do follow through and close your account.
