Is Something Wrong at Jackpot Capital?

5 replies • Last post

I believe something is wrong at Jackpot Capital. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed that their slots sometime are not giving money when they are supposed to or at least compared to other rtg casinos. I was not sure if I was right until today.

Today, I decided to deposit $47 and use a bonus code that gave me 100% and 10 spins on Enchanted Garden. As I was playing, I noticed again that I was not winning on symbols that I should normally win on. This picture proves it. In the pic, I got $0 playing $1.60 per spin on Aladdin. The two hat symbols and the two urn symbols with Aladdin in between should have given me something but I won 0 cent.

The same happened on several other games. My question is what is going on? I also noticed that about 19 games are sharing one jackpot. That's too many. That makes me wonder if they are having financial issues.

Hopefully, one of my fellow players might want to elucidate us on this issue.

As for the $94 I had in the account. I had a wagering requirement of $2820 and ended up winning a total of $41 out of the $2820 that I needed.

I attached your screenshot to your post newflorida.

I know its probably a moot point given your other post about stopping playing altogether, but anyway - I checked our saved image of the paytable and I think it contradicts what you are saying.

When you say "the hat symbols" I assume you mean the red magic carpets because they look a bit like a hat. Neither those or the urns pay in those positions if you look closely at the paylines at the bottom of the paytable (even with the Aladdin wild).

Aladdin's Wishes paytable

I did think that maybe you should have had a 2 scatters win for the magic lamps. But the paytable is a bit ambiguous. It says "Feature is triggered when 3 or more scattered magic lamps occur left to right or right to left." So I think that means that they have to be in consecutive reels, though that isn't normally how a scatter symbol works.

Ed, I see hats where everyone sees magic carpets. Maybe it's time to talk to my sister-in-law (she's the psychiatrist in the family).

You might be right in your interpretation but the screenshot does not contradict what I am saying because since it does not say that magic carpet symbols have to be consecutive I have to assume that they don't have to be. I don't think that the lawyers writing the game's rules would miss that.

I even took a screenshot at Aladdin's casino after I made my post where I got paid with two magic carpets and Aladdin in between. I don't seem to find that screenshot anymore. Now, since one rule is possibly wrong, It's possible that other rules are also wrong in the game that I got paid for something else at Aladdin's casino.

In any event, thanks for challenging me on this and in the process providing more elucidation on this issue.

I took a good couple of minutes looking at the picture trying to see the hats. I thought maybe you thought the fruit bowl was an upside down hat with fruit in it or something. I was genuinely baffled for a while! lol

Wow. Besides visiting my sister-in-law, I might have to get new glasses too.

This happened to me on the Aztec Treasure game at Aladdins, but I only assumed the symbols were in the wrong position. I had to symbols, then two columns of the Aztec guy, and I thought WOW, I hit something big, then looked up and nothing. This is why I didn't play anything but poker for the first year of gambling - I wanted to understand WHY I won when I won, and I guess I still can't figure out why I didn't win when I think I should have!
