Withdrawal Request Declined

5 replies • Last post

Hi friends,

I just encountered an interesting problem at Miami Club and I wondered if anyone has encountered a similar issue.

Last Friday, I requested a withdrawal from Miami Club.

The withdrawal was approved and processed early this morning (Tuesday). However, after it was processed, I received an email from Miami Club stating that their service provider has declined my withdrawal because I had already received a check recently and therefore I have to wait an additional 7 business days before they can process another check for me. The money has since been redeposited into my account.

Since this was my first withdrawal from Miami Club in weeks, I called them to protest.

However, based on my conversation with Miami Club, it seems that their Service Provider processes funds for multiple casinos and the decision is based on other checks that other casinos have sent to me this week.

Has any of you faced a similar issue? My view is this is unacceptable. My relationship with or disbursements from other casinos should have nothing to do with my Miami Club's request.

I feel sorry for you guys in the USA, I really do. This sort of thing is ridiculous.

I regularly get checks from different casinos during the same week with no problem. I wonder if this affects only players at Miami Club. The thing is I have also gotten checks during the same week from both Miami Club and its sister casinos in the past without any problem.

You are right, this is ridiculous. Right now, Desert Nights is currently processing a withdrawal request for me. I would not be surprised if the processor declines it as well.

Yes there is a good chance that the payment would be coming from a processor that is shared between either all of the Deckmedia group casinos, or casinos using the same software as Miami Club (WGS Tech).

Sheesh that is dumb. Americans have to deal with a lot of crap in regards to online casinos, and this is just the latest straw. High fees, horrible hoops to jump through, and now limiting the number of checks you can get.

Here's hoping they iron this out!

It's really frustrating. I blame our government for passing these stupid gaming laws.
